    Thanks for the review about the consulate! I'm worried because I don't know if I booked the interview as a non-immigrant or immigrant visa. How do you know? I don't see anything about it on my appointment confirmation.

      Ok I'm pretty sure my appointment is booked as an Immigrant visa. But the Packet 4 email I received from Montreal was from the Immigration Visa unit! I want to reply to my appointment confirmation and ask if I've done it correctly but I don't want to confuse them. When I booked there were only Wednesday dates available, and I paid the $265 online already.

      That's the site I was sent to, so when they told me it was wrong, I was confused. 

       

      Did you book on the blue site or the green site? When I booked on the green site, I wasn't asked to pay. And more than Wednesdays were available, so I think you're ok. The Montreal consulate is pretty good as responding to any emails, so if you want peace of mind, maybe send them an email? But based on all the info you gave (paying 265$, and only Wednesday dates) I think you're on the right track.

      Ok I booked on the green site :S and since I read your review I tried to go through the steps of booking on the blue site and it seems like the K class isn't on there. I did call Montreal and a guy there told me it all looks ok. Hope so!!! Thanks for your help.
