Went to the field office to get a stamp this morning and it was pretty seamless but IO got me all excited when she pulled up my information on the computer and said "Looks like your Card is being produced", my eyes lit up immediately. I didn't say anything bc she was doing stuff on the computer and didn't want to interrupt, she steps away to put the stamp on my passport and when she returned, I  followed up on her comment about the possibility of my document being produced, however she told me she was "looking at the old card" - omg, lol. The wait continues.

I check about 115 Cases in the Range WAC18087004XX to WAC18087005XX using the USCIS Case Status app by Stephen Aldous. I found about 10-12 cases in the range got moved to a different office I'm not sure which office exactly. Looks like CSC has more I-751 cases than it can handle and is offloading the cases to other field offices. I'm not sure if these cases that got moved will get approved or will just get dragged on longer. Please update if your case got moved again in August 2019 and mention the field office to where it moved. Thanks!

I understand your grief because i can relate to your situation. Ive been in the job market for over 3months. I have lost my mind & found it again several times and it is safe to say moving to america is not easy. I also applied to minimum wage jobs in retail but they didn't hire me which came to me as a shock.lol. All u can do is keep searching. I had an interview on Wednesday last week and i still haven't heard anything and i have 3 more interviews this week and next. The bottom line is the search should never stop. Something will come up. Boiler, i went for an interview and before it began(it was IQ test,maths&reasoning), i was handed a form to fill, on the form it says;
Please print your name and indicate your race.
I still can not understand the essence of that. I had indicated that online when i was filling out the application. I felt it was kinda discriminatory somehow, perhaps the right candidate must be of a certain race or ethnicity? in which case defiles EEO.

Niceb, all you have said is very understandable, the stress, pressure and anxiety that comes with being unemployed and having bills to pay is immeasurable. Sometimes i feel like i am jinxed and may never find a job here. Nothing kills me more than staying at home everyday and watch my spouse do the hustle to pay the bills, it is not how i was designed.
I recently received an offer from a company I interviewed at some weeks back, and I am grateful to God for something. I didn't mention it here because i haven't started the job yet, It is a Technical Support role, the pay isn't all that but it will surely save my bank account from the spirit of negative balance. lool.
please do not give up just yet, you have come a long way to give up now, I can assure you something will come up very soon if you believe.

I know you feel very fulfilled contributing to this topic but Ur comment failed in LOGIC. Visas are benefits given to relatives of a USC who meets certain requirements. These requirements are written all over the internet and once it is met, a visa is supposed to be issued to the beneficiary. Yes or No? Now u implying that IOs deny people to protect petitioners from their spouse who they(IOs) suspect could be using the petitioners for visa benefits is what i call using Emotions for Brains. And if that for any reason happens to be the case, then the IO has failed in his/her duty just like your comment.

All you need to do is;
1. pray and ask God to give you the patience you need for the remaining part of the journey.
2. you need to wait for mails from USCIS instructing your on the next steps.
3. you could also look for fellow October filers here on vj and you can keep track of your application time frame by comparing with others.
Since you are K-visa your are likely not to have an interview. Just sit back relax and let it playout.

I really do not think this would affect your case because its just a ticket. but you need to be careful during this process so you do not thwart your chances of a painless AOS.

I am quite confused. How long did you have the license for before this visit where u changed your mind to get married? I believe a marriage license expires after a few months-not more than 90days. Correct me if i am wrong.
