I was browsing through the thread and i saw his post and i was just asking if he got IL already since our PDs are close to each other. I forgot who posted. I quoted it but it looks like it didnt show.

Guys i just got off the phone and the agent told me that they just started scheduling for nov IL but still i dont have the luck to get IL...kindly try by ur own to call nvc so that we can update each other...thanks in advance for any reply

I will try to call them now. Btw what is ur pd?

  3. Not sure what you mean by ''why'' but my scan date was June 4th and got case complete on June 30th.

    Hello frank,

I was just looking through the thread and read that ur pd is mar 17,2014 but u already got an IL last sept 14,2015 for oct interview. Howcome u already got an IL when mar17,2014 pd is not yet current during that time. The visa bulletin for sept is until mar1,2014. And the oct visa bulletin is until apr2015. Im just wondering because my pd too is mar17,2014

  4. my husband is a green card holder for 2years...his income is below requirements..he only filed tax last year and added his brother as dependent...so what will be the family size????...and we have a frnd who is willing to be a joint sponsor..but he is also a green card holder for 2years nd filed tax last two years...as far as i knw nvc requires 3years of tax filed..bt my sponsor nd joint sponsor both doesnt filed tax for 3years...is it gonna be a problem...plz provide me any information regarding this matter...tnx in advance..

    1. Family size will be your husband, the dependent and you, so that is 3

    2. NVC is not requiring that you have filed taxes for 3 yrs. what they are saying is to submit the 3 most recent years, so if you only have 2 yrs in the tax return, then just put those two. Example, you only have year 2013 and 2014. Just put that and leave the other year blank or put zero (0)

  5. its MARCH 1 2015 and that is for those who is qualify to do adjustment of status.. PD 08MAY14

Oh shoot! You're right! My bad! I am so sorry. Thanks so much for your keen eye. I panicked too much that I overlooked the dates and the message of the announcement.

    Thank you so much!

And u said u got ur cc email already?

What did it say? Because i got a somewhat informal looking letter saying "all documents neccesary to complete the processing of the case has been received..."

Is that the same email that you got?

  6. I havent received any IL yet. Wala pa din ung CC email pero we are already CC na. I called nvc and they told us CC na kami. Let me check the nvc website again kung accurate. Kasi kakacheck ko lang. Ang haba nga ng explanation ng nvc bakit nag move back eh. Pero ung ibang category like for parents or siblings, nag move forward ng malaki. Wait ill check again

  7. Guys!!!

Nakita nyo na to? Nag update ung VB just this sept25,2015

Ung visa bulletin for october 2015, nag move back. Instead of until april 15, 2014, nag move back sya to mar 1, 2015 again!!

Nakakaiyak naman. Di pa ako umabot mar 17,2014 ang pd ko. :(

We were hoping to leave na sana end of nov or early dec kasi mag bbday na anak ko on dec6. We were hoping to save money din sa plane since below 2 yrs old pa sya but oh well. We trusr You Lord!

  8. Hello, all

We are waiting for a reply from NVC now. We already submitted our AOS and IV docs. In the AOS, we had to use my hubby's mom's income as household member to meet the financial requirement

But my husband has found a new job now and I was wondering, if the interviewer let's say finds out about the new job during the interview, and we give him the new i-864, is it okay to not include anymore my hubby's mom income since my hubby's new income is already enough to meet the household income for us (household of 3, me, hubby and 2 yr old son)? Or should we still include it because that was what was in the original i-864 we sent them before the interview?

Thank u for ur responses guys.
