I am in chock! Emailed the embassy to get an earlier interview date and I now have my INTERVIEW TOMORROW on the 2nd!!!!!! SO HAPPY!!!

K3 visas don't really get processed anymore. CR1 takes about the same time to get processed nowadays.
Once the i130 goes through the i129f will be officially closed.
We opted for both to have two options, and k3 route closed.

Nope.. Most are cr1/ir1 but some are not. Fingers crossed we all get dates today!!

I emailed my consulate (not thinking I'd get a response back) about September interviews. Got a response today saying that they are just now receiving the September scheduling cases. Hope I'm one of them!
Also, since it seems they are just receiving September interview cases today from the NVC, it should be the same for all consulates? So hopefully this brings hope to others as well.

September interviews here we go! Only thing I don't like with weekends these days is that NVC can't work on our cases..
Hope we all get interview dates on monday!!

Just called and got it confirmed! Case complete last friday the 17th of July now waiting to get time for interview!

Yea probably takes a few days before they get scanned, but call and check. I called and they told me over the phone.
Cover sheet on top yes I did everything as a big package in a folder and followed the cover sheet with numbers 1-4 which included AOS and IV things

yea, from USCIS website. We did the i864EZ.
They were delivered the 22nd and scanned at NVC on the 28th and they told me it takes 30 days for them to review.

Yes absolutely. I was told to do the same and so I have. They scanned my documents on the 28th of May. Still can't log in but hope I can soon. Called them today and they said again that was Ok. So no worries!

Just got off the phone w them.. Basically it takes up to 21 days for the fee to be processed if we send it in by mail, and if the website is still having problems we won't be able to do ds260 either way.. Might just wait for the website and pay online, I don't know what to do at this point..
