Thanks all!
I got it, when you have Date of Birth on or before 1945, this question will appear (Part 12 Additional Information About You, Question 13 (A, B C) - Germany Gov and Nazi Affiliation), other wise it's not!

We are about to file N400 online every thing is done but I just noticed in download PDF file to recheck that:
Part 12 Additional Information About You;
Question 13 (A, B and C) are not check box (It's empty), and I went back on my N400 online application it's not appear for "Yes"/"No" any more!
Please advice?

My mom done I 485 interview but they sent letter for following evidence;
1 - New medical as we submitted with I 485 in 2017 which was expired!
(this is no problem we will do again)
2 - Police Clearance certificate for last five years since her finger so soft due age and USCIS unable to get verification.
any one have any idea or similar issue, how and to whom we should apply for this certificate either we apply to FBI or State both, since she is Houston, TX.
Please advice, Thanks

Let me explain the situation in more detail:
In (USA) Out (USA) Year 1 80 275* Year 2 159 206 Year 3 365 0 Year 4 365 0 Year 5 365 0 1334 481 *1st Trip is 177 days, if we divided by 30 it's come 5.9 months, this is the longest trip in entire above mentioned 5 years!
During Year 1 and Year 2, I was back and froth for proper disposition of my stuff in back countries as visit more than one country!
Question 1; Is this is a problem to meet continuous residency requirement? My understanding is you cannot stay out of country more than six months in one single trip, if under six months then its good.
Question 2 ; Should I mentioned my employer name, address and tenor which I had severed in 1st Year of LP?
Please advice thanks

So i am filing N400 , fulfills the residency requirement of five years.
I have made multiple trips (04) out of country but there are two (2) trips which i took in one year both are less than 6 months long back to back (between these trips just came to usa for 10 days).
Question 1; Is this is a problem to meet continuous residency requirement? My understanding is you cannot stay out of country more than six months, if under six months then its good. These trips i made first year as i have to take care of some stuff back home.
During above mentioned trips basically I am handing over my job/work to new appointee as I resigned and as agreed for proper handover.
Question 2 ; Should I mentioned my employer name, address and tenor which I had severed initial 5 months in my first year of LP? Suppose I get LP 01/01/2015, I have back and forth 12/31/2015, 4 time, 2 trip are less than 6 months and during this back and forth I served my ex employer for proper hand over and tanning!
Please advice thanks

one more question,
He had job first 5 months physically out side USA, i mean suppose he got his GC on 01-01-2015, so during 2015 (12 months), he had job outside USA around 5 months, so should he mentioned his employer name and address and tenor in N 400?

My brother is now eligible to file N 400, and current address in Houston,
and if you see processing time at Houston field office is 12 to 30 months,
where as if you see processing time at San Antonio field office is 8.5 to 12 months!

Thank you for your reply!
But in my mom case, my father never filed petition for my mom, as my father was US Citizen, and my mom had B2 and she is in US, so, there is law, that, with in the death of two years, (deceased ) US Citizen's spouse can file I 485 (AOS) with I 360 (widow of US Citizen), and based on I 360, Affidavit of Support is exempted!

When NOT to Submit an Affidavit of Support
The following types of people do not need to file an affidavit of support:
- An individual who has earned or can be credited with 40 qualifying quarters (credits) of work in the United States
- An individual who has an approved Form I-360, Petition for Amerasian, Widow(er), or Special Immigrant as a self-petitioning widow or widower
- An individual who has an approved Form I-360 as a battered spouse or child
- Orphans adopted by U.S. citizens abroad if a full and formal adoption takes place before the orphan acquires permanent residence and both adoptive parents have seen the child before or during the adoption

Dear All, Let me share the back ground of the case;
My mom was applied for Adjustment of Status (I 485) as Widow of US Citizen (I 360), both petitions has been filed three years back as Self Petitioner.
Last week my mom appeared for Interview for Adjustment of Status, however, I 360 has already been approved!
During the interview, officer ask lot of questions and successful answered!
Officer also ask for following documents;
1 - Police Certificate, due to age my mom finger print is not capture as per standard, so that's why they use Police Certificate as alternate.
2 - Medical, since initial petition has been file three year ago, so medical were expire and new medical need to file.
3 - Affidavit of Support, why this required, my mom is self petitioner and based on I 360, Affidavit of Support is exempted.
My question is, how we can obtain Police certificate? and regarding Affidavit of Support, what should we do, as per Law Self Petitioner is not required to submit and petition I 360 exempt form Affidavit of Sup[port!
Please help,,,Regards, Muhammad

But can someone please explain this; as mentioned in their email!
During this step the formal decision (approved/denied) is written and the decision notice is mailed and/or emailed to the applicant/petitioner. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision.

Hello All,
We got interview notice letter for our petition I-485 adjustment of status (we filed June 2017), as we filed concurrent I-360 Widow of US citizen (we filed June 2017) as well.
Question is, as we got interview notice for I-485 and they required AOS, however, we have not received Approval for I-360.
P. S. I-360 widow of US citizen exempted for AOS!
Please advice how we should deal the situation.
