Dear Loading, please share your exprience about GC fees payment,,,I have problem like... when I select "Log In" and then select "USCIS Immigrant Fee" Payment, web portal message that "you are not authoirsed to do this"!

I am confussed, actaully I am in Riyadh, is that problem, I am trying to access out side USA??? However, all fees regarding Immigration process like AOS fees and DS-260 fees I have had, but this time that happened!!!!

Yes for sure! however, I have had got update PCC but they did not ask me at the time of interview, so no need to get it!

I had my interviewed on last Thursday, and my status was truned to "ISSUED" on Monday!, Basically I requested to the Officer to accomodated for quick processing as I have travel on coming Friday. Officer after consultantion with their team member committed and told me that you will get your Passport by Tuesday.

But Still I do not received as yet Tuesday is almost over, I call couple of times to American Express Travel Services Karachi, they said that they do not received as yet,

Finally, I decided to send an e-mail and did it, let see what happe, crossing figurs and prays!

I would appreciate if senior members could share their experiences about interview and processes there after,

I mean how long they conducted interview, how many days they are taking for visa stamp etc etc

Thanks, but we have not obtained marriage certificate from NADRA as our case is under F3 father to married son but we submitted original nikkah nama along with English translation and NVC did not ask!

Same thing in birth certificate, we submitted birth certificate of KMC in our case along with English translation.

Interview is on mid august, what we should do?

What kind of question they will ask in our case any idea or please share your experience?

We got interview letter, actually I have supplied two original police certificate, like one from country I born and another is from where I am currently living for five years, but police certificate from country of born they mentioned document status "Unobtainable" what is that mean? and another one from country where I am currently living they mentioned documents status "NVC not received Original"?

NVC send you invoice for AOS fee, its content case number starting from three digit alphabetic like starting name of the City, thereafter PD date and than number.

Fee for what I guess you mean AOS Fee!, you can only pay AOS Fee once you receive invoice from NVC or check in the system. Moreover, once you pay this AOS Fess you need to file AOS as soon as possible.

You have to have file affidavit of support for your wife, if your income is zero then you have also need to have joint sponsor and file AOS jointly I mean one by you and another by someone from your relative who have sufficient income.

Moreover, you also file tax return even you have not income, just file tax return with zero income.

We got case compete e-mail and also system got 3 n/a but,

NVC mentioned in the interview appointment letter that NVC do not received Original Birth Certificate but they received Photocopy, they said that we need to present Original Birth Certificate at the time of interview, my question is, we have already submitted Original Birth Certificate to the NVC at time of when we sent DS-260, what to do now?? please share you experience!
