The list of doctor offices that US embassy provided and approved is on the instructions on the website of US embassy. You cannot go to any doctor anywhere. You must go to the doctor office that USA approved. You can select any doctor at the US-approved office.

hey i am from jalandhar thou but theres only one medical center in punjab which is approved by US Consulate and yes you are right its max super hospital

My spouse didn't provide medical history as my spouse couldn't find medical history. Doctor questioned my spouse about medical history and he gave my spouse three vaccinations, x-rays and blood test. Doctor gave my spouse the sealed envelope (I think it contains lab report and x-ray photo) along with CD for the interview.

If you have a medical history report (any format), you can provide it to your doctor so doctor can determine by reading your medical history report, Doctor may give you vaccination shot(s), but s/he will take your blood test to determine any thing is positive or negative. Good luck!

Why would you bring joint sponsor if you don;t need. When it says bring updated that's if you updated. Because its tax season many of you April and May interviews you need to update.

Now if her salary is borderline than yes bring joint sponsor. If you need one you have to have all years covered and their 2014 most up to date tax documents not just 2 years ago.

I have a question regarding which tax year the consulate is most concerned about. I will have the past three years tax returns of my wife’s with me at the interview on May 8. I did not have to use the joint sponsor for 2014, but was wondering if I can bring papers of a joint sponsor to be on the safe side for the other years(2012 and 2013).Please advise. Argh really? My cc is 3/13 so I missed scheduling for April...grr

I can understand. My cc was on 3/10 and thought I might get an April Interview. So frustrating!

Hi I just called NVC and they said my case was completed on Mar 10 .. still I didn't get any email thou but yeah I suggest everyone should call them to know the status on the file rather THN waiting for an email
