I’m sure they are nowhere near correct
I hope so.
Because the website shows that they are handling cases from may 2017.

2 or 3 people have been approved. The rest of us transfers is still waiting...and waiting...and waiting...
Not sure how accurate the processing times are on the USCIS website.

anyone heard of approvals from the Nebraska Service Center?

And which date did you file in Dec 2017?
I filed on 26th Jan 2017 and my case got transferred to Nebraska

I already submitted my sons’ pictures and birth certificates, copies of our joint checking account statements, mine and his paychecks, even his driving permit and my first driver’s license with the same address. The thing is, we never had bills or leases under our names because my uncle paid for everything and didn’t ask us to pay. The only thing that’s under our names is our joint checking account and insurances.

Did the RFE just ask you to send more proof or did they ask something specific?
-
Oh I see.
And you said you were married for 11 months?
I am a divorce waiver filer as well.
My documents were mostly, tax documents for 3 years of marriage, letter from the ex husband saying that the marriage was in good faith but it did not work, shared health insurance, beneficiary proof, joint car insurance, phone bills and photos.

I finally received my RFE 😫 It says that they need more proof of good faith marriage, joint financial activities, and wills. I have sent most of the original copies on my first application, and I have already sent what is asked.
We never had bills of utilities under both our names since we lived with my uncle's family and they paid for everything and did not let us pay as a way of helping us earn money before we are ready to move out. I will submit affidavits, copies of my ex-husband's pay stubs, our baggage tags, more photos, conversations between my sisters-in-law, my grandmother-in-law, and my family regarding me and my ex, screenshots of conversations and copies of bank transactions on our old joint checking account.
We were together for almost six years but only married for 11 months. The conversations we had after we separated were hostile, so I'd rather not print those out. I do have photographic proof of the reason for our separation, but I'd also rather not include it. Should I also include screenshots and photos of before our marriage? Also, how many affidavits from people is recommended that I should send?
All this backreading through our conversations and photos gives me flashbacks and gives me so much emotional distress that it worsens my anxiety 😔
Are you a divorce waiver filer?

My case got transferred from CSC to NSC.
The online account first sent an update that the Case was sent to the local office and in the mail I got a letter saying "We have completed a preliminary review of the application. as part of standard processing we transferred your case to a Nebraska USCIS Office that has jurisdiction over your case"
Nebraska is the slowest in terms of processing 751. They are still working on march 2017 cases. Does this mean my case got pushed back a few months?
I am a divorce waiver filer btw.

I am January 2018 filer. Filed for the waiver after the divorce was finalized.
Was wondering if there is anyone who has got an approval with the waiver.

Anyone here from Minnesota who has got an approval yet?
-
Those who are getting approved are any of you from Midwest?
-
I still see the processing time in the California Service Center as May 2017.
I spoke to my lawyer and she said the latest approval she got was for a Feb 2017 filer.
Not sure how the Dec 2017 and Jan 2018 are getting approvals.
Is anyone updating the tracking sheet which had dates of filing?

Thanks for replying.
Any idea how many months in advance do we start trying to get an info pass appointment for I-551 stamp. My immigration lawyer says one month before the expiration of extension is good enough.
-
"......will receive a Form I-797 receipt notice that can be presented with their Form I-551, Permanent Resident Card, as evidence of continued status for 18 months past the expiration date on their Permanent Resident Card"
does this mean that we need to get the I-551 stamp even if we get the 18 month extension?
-
I am a Jan 2018 filer and its surprising that there is no extension letter for me yet but a lot of May 2018 filers have extensions.
-
How many of you from Jan 2018 filers have received the 18 month extension letters?
I see that a lot of May 2018 have received extensions.
-
How many of you have received the 18 months extension letter?
So far I haven't received anything regarding this.
-
Got my letter saying previous bio metrics will be used.
I agree that this was a move to just pacify people who must have been calling USCIS to check the status
-
what is the new website where we can set up our account?
-
anyone here who has applied for permanent GC after divorce?
