I have a silly question, since we have not been able to pay IV fee yet, the ceac portal is only giving me AOS cover sheet, can I use the same cover sheet for both the AOS package and IV package, i am sending 2 separate folders in one shipment. thanks all

as for me i just go to this https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/and straight to fee payment and i kept trying multiple times everyday like that and yesterday it worked and i just paid the fees

Thanks Nhung, I guess you could do that as you are bit ahead of me with your received date being 4/22. Mine is 5/4 so I am still queued up

i am guessing they are fixing older data first so in matter of time my turn will come, waiting and meditating to keep myself calm

Sigh..... yes may has been very quiet mainly because all of us noobs to NVC process haven't even been able to signon to pay fee or fill on the forms online. Its 3 weeks since ceac portal is not working for us and no eta when it will fix. frustrating to the nth limith.

Due to the issues on CEAC portal, can we send in AOS fee ahead of the DS-260 form? I can't pay the fee online or signin to fill out ds-260. any workaround you have in mind will be greatly appreciated.'

it is the generic error, and yes the case number and IIN is correct, called into NVC they acknowledge they have a system wide issue and many others are facing as well:

The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance.

you guys can login to CEAC portal and fill out DS-260? was this after may1st? most of us seem to be having issues/

For the senator - I walked in and met with one of the staff members and filled out the form which will be used to file a case with NVC.

The rep I called in and have to do the same routine.

I went ahead and contacted our Senator and our Rep, who will file a case with NVC. I Agree with previous comments where we should raise our concern to people who can possibly help us get this fixed. Hopefully we are out of this soon.

Sad, that the portal has been down so many days. Is there something that can be down about this, i.e. report somewhere other than call in and hear the CSR tell us that no timeframe when it will be fixed.
