---------------------------Yep, for us also. Actually she brought a couple packets but as soon as they ran out had to go to a dr and then pay $43 per month for new ones. Fyi- the ones she was getting in Thailand (bayer Diane 30) are not allowed as birth control in US. Dirt cheap and easily accessible there, expensive and prescription necessary here.

I can answer one thing for the wife. Birth control pills. You don't need a script in Thailand to get them. You can get them at any pharmacy. In the U.S. you need a prescription. Plus they're much cheaper in Thailand.

So, this form is also used for people applying for tourist visas and they're using that question to understand if the applicant has family there, because that may influence whether the interviewer believes the applicant has immigrant intent.
It's a super general-purpose form and K1s just happen to be a weird non-immigrant applicant type using this form.
As you're all doing K1s, you obviously do have a fianc(e)é in America, but it doesn't matter because you're allowed to have immigrant intent - whether you put yes or no isn't going to affect the outcome (although saying no is weird, since it's at direct odds to the instructions - you'd HOPE K1s have a fianc(e)é or there's going to be some disappointed brides/grooms).

There are so many options, but as for me, I made a booklet type file, with documents in document protectors. I left the photos in the original envelope that was given to me when they were developed at Walgreens, and placed them in separate document protectors. We had two envelopes with original pictures, about 20 photos in total, 10 photos for each trip. I visited him twice. Envelopes were labeled Trip 1 and Trip 2.

When the CO asked to see photos, my fiancee pulled out the envelopes and handed them to her. As She looked through each batch, she would periodically stop and ask him a question or two relating to that particular photo such as, where and when it was taken, what we were doing there, etc. He just explained the circumstances surrounding each photo that she asked about. I did not write anything on the back of any of the photos.

Some people have suggested doing collages and things like that, and writing the dates and places on the photos. We didn't do any of that. I guess it just depends on how you want to personally present them.

If you don't want to do a lot of talking explaining information about any of the photos, just tape like 4 on each page of plain white bond paper, write the circumstances surrounding each one under each photo, and place them in a document protector.
Our interview was in the DR. There may be different requirements for your consulate. I'm sure someone that has interviewed in your consulate will chime in with other ideas. Best wishes for you.

I went temples many times in Thailand and I assure you there were these hookers there as well. In Thailand we don't consider bar girls as fine people. In fact they live with the shame of what they have done and so does their family. In the villages people all know what the girl is doing and talk about it all the time unless, as is the custom in Thailand, she is standing right there. The girls actually feel they have a tattoo on their forehead showing what they do and that cant be washed away. Prayers cant replace prejudice nor our culture.
I don't believe it snows anywhere in Thailand but I do know there are hills and valleys to overcome.

This means your NOA1 has been mailed to you, which is notice that they have received your i-129f petition.
Following this, you are waiting for an NOA2 (if there are no RFE's in the mean time) which means it has been approved and will be forwarded to the NVC and then your consulate.
    Hope that helps!

You must be very very luck!!. I think CSC is very much on time and they have no backlog like TSC. I submitted my I-129F in Oct 16th and received my NOA1 hard copy on the Oct 20th but haven't seen my NOA2 yet. There's no need to be concerned, you submitted your package somebody went through it and approved it ...enjoy what you got and run with it now!

Now you should fix it on your timeline too, yours shows "Armenia" as it's the first country on the list. That way you can contribute to the VJ statistics

The 864 isn't used in K 1 cases. Submit the 134 as part of the P 3 docs. Good idea to obtain tax transcripts to send with P 3 docs. Obtain free on line from IRS.
She simply requests the police report from one source. The main police station in BKK. She needs to take copy of NOA 2 to them.
Thais often don't have shot records but if they do it would help. Shots can be done at local clinic much cheaper. Follow up shots can be done in the USA and are not required for the visa.
Translations can be done by anyone fluent in both languages.

Suggest that you begin preparing for your fiancee's interview by downloading packet 3 and 4 from the Bangkok embassy and begin the second half of the paperwork (you didn't think you were done did you? Your partnow is to complete the i864.)
applying for her police report (from all residence jurisdictions)
obtaining her immunization records (and beginning any multiple shot series needed so you can avoid later needing to complete a series and finding a local reasonable civil surgeon)
getting her (and for any children whether or not accompanying) birth certificates (remember to get translations for AOS
if previously legally married her divorce decree
if she has children outside of marriage a ' free to marry' letter from the amphur.
    Best wishes
    Steve and Gob

Don't delete yourself. The offending posts were not your doing at all.
This process can all be overwhelming and not just a little confusing.
You mailed your I-129F petition to the lockbox in Dallas.
USCIS routed your petition to California (the CSC), where it was processed and approved.
It's now on its way to the NVC.
You can now begin preparing for the consular stage of the process.

I had to change mine a couple of times as it kept changing back to Texas Service Centre instead of California. Then, after going back and changing it twice it stayed as California. I don't think you've done anything wrong, perhaps you're just having a similar experience to me. Try going back to your timeline and ensure that for original service centre it still says California, as in my experience it changed back to Texas a couple of times before staying how I wanted it!
Please do not leave the forum, it is a great resource and most people genuinely want to help and advise.
Congratulations again on your fast approval and I wish you the best of luck with the rest of the process

I can see why this is confusing, I think maybe the website should be configured differently.
The thing is that there is your user information and your timeline information.
You both have CSC on your timeline, correctly.
On your user information, though, it still shows TSC. You can see it right there, below your picture.
Click on your name on the top right corner, go to "my settings", then scroll down to "Immigration info". That's where TSC is selected.
