Ok, I'm assuming this is very good news. As I mentioned in the original post, my stepson's priority date is: Sept. 30, 2019. The December 2023 bulletin showed Feb. 8, 2019. Now looking at the upcoming Jan. 2024 bulletin is shows Nov. 1, 2019. Does that mean he should receive an interview appointment any day now or at least sometime in January? I sure hope so! If we don't hear anything soon, I'm thinking we should contact the NVC ASAP. Any advice would be appreciated. Had we known that at the time it would've been quicker, I would've petition him. But obviously that didn't happen. What do you mean by PD is not current yet and why do you say a year? based on what?

On Nov. 16, 2021, his case was documentarily approved. All that is needed in the interview.
