Reporting back in case someone is on the same circumstances, I was able to just show passport and GC instead of State ID.
November 5th 2021 - Filled out online N400
December 2021 - Received letter that they would reuse my biometrics
March 3, 2022 - Received letter interview scheduled for April 19th 2022
April 19th, 2022 - Interviewed and approved!
Oath (?) - - San Antonio TX office had same day oath but the deadline was 12pm (half an hour before I got approval 12:30pm) so I didn't make the cut.
Now waiting to receive letter for Oath Ceremony, does anyone know how long the wait can be? Officer told me I might get scheduled for May 25th in Austin
-
I wanted to provide some information I got at my N400 interview.
If you changed your name due to marriage, then divorce and want to go back to your maiden name
The officer can change your name back to your original name (due to divorce) and it seemed that there was no need of judicial ceremony because I almost make it into the same day ceremony that I believe was administrative. the cutoff time was half an hour before my approval so I couldnt participate. now waiting on letter for oath
-
I wouldnt worry about it, I was approved during the interview, officer tried to get me scheduled to do the oath that same dat but the cut off time had passed (only for half an hour), then he told me I would have to wait for the letter that can take a while. I have the same message about quality review.

Hi everyone, wondering if they checked your driving license at the interview and oath ceremony and if it matters that it is from a different state (?).
I moved from NY to TX and haven't changed my driving license yet. I have my interview scheduled April 19th and now I'm worried about my driving license not being from TX.
I'm changing my last name with my N400 application so I'd rather not have to visit the DMV twice (before interview and after interview).
Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Everyone,
I would like to start my naturalization process. However, I moved from Dallas to Austin a month and a half ago, and now I'm wondering if I need to wait until I have been in Austin for 3 months to apply.
I was thinking it didn't matter because I didn't move out of state.
I know there is a USCIS office in Dallas and the one close to Austin is in San Antonio, TX
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you!

Would you mind sharing more info? What was the RFE for? What did the IO ask you at the interview?
RFE was requesting divorce decree and asking if I would like to amend petition to divorce waiver.
Interview, IO asked about my marriage and about why I got divorce (and questions regarding my reasons for getting divorce).
-
Finally, after almost exactly 2 years. I receive my GC this past Friday (November 16). If the list is still getting updated, could someone please mark me there as approved? thank you! best luck for everyone still waiting

Congrats!!
Did you have any RFEs or interview?
I had RFE (May) and Interview (October).
I filed jointly but got divorce a year later, so my application was still pending while my divorce was happening. I switched for divorce waiver while in the interview.

Today I got the best news at 7pm.
"New card is being produced."
So happy!!!!! Its been 2 years since applying for ROC
Sending the best energy for all those who are still waiting

I'm in a similar situation and I am equally frustrated. It appears people who had interview late 2016 just got hooked.. all the people I know who had there interview this year where approved almost instantly. It's very frustrating and annoying
any news for you? Nothing on my side

Hi everyone,
I had my ROC interview October 17 and I felt it went well. IO said she had enough information for the decision and she would review with supervisor and If everything ok I should receive the notification that day for the approval of my case. Haven't gotten the notification yet (its been a week).
I called them and the last notification in their system is from June when my case was transferred to NBC. There was no online update with the date of my interview online. So I guess I will not receive the online update with approval...
Its been such a long process (23 months), I just cant wait to have some official paper/email/notification stating im approved.
thank you!

Hi, I just wanted to update you all in case someone is going through the same.
I didn't have to go to the DMV after all.
I noticed they cashed my check a month after I sent the renewal notice. I called and they told me they were processing my license. One week before the expiration date I received the license with an expiration date of 2021
Thank you and hope this helps

Just wanted to update you all, my case was sent to NBC in June 2018 stating an interview will be schedule.
After 63 days of not hearing from USCIS I submitted a "case out of normal processing time" request through the USCIS website (I filed in CA, nov 2016 jointly, got divorce in 2017).
Mid September received letter from USCIS with interview scheduled for mid-October.
I am hiring a lawyer to accompany me to the interview (different to the one who advised me not to sign the amendment to switch to waiver when they sent me the RFE -I replied with my divorce decree but no amendment) and will request to be switched to a divorce waiver.
Im planning on bringing the below documents with me (mostly end of 2016 and 2017 proof) but wondering if I should also bring the copy of the 3 binders I had sent USICS previously with the rest of bank statements, affidavits, insurances in both of our names, utilities under both names, tax transcripts married filed jointly, photos, etc etc etc from 2013 to 2016.
1. Commingling of financial resources:
1.1 IRS Tax Transcripts 2016 (married filed jointly)
1.2 IRS Tax Transcripts 2017 (married filed separately)
1.3 Bank statements for Joint Checking account and savings accounts from April 2017 to February 2018. Note: All four accounts were closed 2018 due to divorce proceedings
1.4 Copy of Home Insurance under both names 11/2016 to 11//2017
1.5 Car Insurance policy letter under both names 11/2015 – 11/2016
1.6 Car insurance statements December 2017 to July 2017
2. Change of Address filed with USCIS on August 2017
3. Change of address USPS
4. Copy of response to RFI sent to USCIS June 2018 with:
4.1 RFE Letter
4.2 Cover letter from lawyer
4.3 Form G-28
4.4 Copy of green card
4.5 USCIS I-751 Receipt notice
4.6 Copy of letter sent to USCIS informing them of divorce proceedings on October 2017
4.7 Divorce petition filed by USC Spouse and proof of service
6. Correspondence from May 2016 to June 2017
7. Photos
8. Letter from therapist stating we attended couples therapy for 4 months.
I also have a scrapbook with photos, wedding invitations, cards from family and friends for engagement and wedding, etc etc etc
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
