At this point just prepare for your interview and have a good explanation ready if they do ask about your Facebook posts.
I highly, highly doubt they'll even make it an issue (unless you posted things that could be seen as hating this lovely country).
COs are educated professionals with a very sound judgment. They know what/who is harmful for the country and what/who is not.
Also be truthful. No other option there.

It changed to issued in 2 days but then they need 8-10 more days for envelope processing. Good luck!

    Continue on K1 path....
    1. You have to go through medical, interview, then have visa issued. This can take up to 2 months.
    2. You have 6 months from the day of you medical to enter the U.S.
This should give you and him time to get financially strong.
Before you proceed, though, please find out if your embassy will accept a co-sponsor for k1 visa. It sounds like your Fiance might need it even after getting a job since it'd be new.
K3 can be filed but won't be issued if i-130 has been approved before issuance, which happens over 90% of the times.

So my fiancee's case status went from
    Immigrant Visa Application
    Adiministrative Processing
    to
    Nonimmigrant Visa Application
    Ready
Any ideas about what's next or how long before she gets visa? Does it mean we are out of AP?

My fellow TSC filers... it was a tough day for two of us, too. She cried most of the day while I checked for the case status tens of times. Also called USCIS and tier 1 told me I should be able to see the case status by Monday and they didn't transfer me to tier 2. But we all know that until NOA2 the only thing consistent is the inconsistency. The reality of life is that we are waiting for this approval and our lives are put on hold until that. After so much research, I have come to realize that no matter you speak to tier 1 or 2 no one will push your case forward. It stays where it is and one day that text, email is going to make us forget all this pain as we'd rush to gather documents and get ready for next steps. LOVEINGHANA, MEGAN&LUKE, ADDISABEBA, BALABREDA05, and my lovely fiancee. .. let's all stay strong and keep supporting each.

Congratulations on the recent approvals. So relieved that July is now being officially processed. We all will be approved in no time now and hopefully be with our loved ones before spring.

The sadness, furiosity, stress are all part of our daily routine now. I hope we all get NOA2 today. What's even more frustrating is the fact that contacting them does make things either.

Dear friends, the purpose of this thread is to support the Non-Filipinos who are at TSC. This group has dealt with a lot of hardship because of USCIS delays. And if you didn't have to wait over 4 months for NOA2 you can't understand the emotions and sentiments of those of us who have.
Let's get back to supporting each other and let's pray we all get approved next week and have visa issued by end of March.
I am committed to be here and support and do whatever I can to help us until everyone who falls under the heading of this thread gets approved and then I will happily request for this thread to be closed and I pray that day comes very soon. ☺
P.s. I am perfectly OK with anyone who is expedited for whatever reason and encourage them to find or create their own thread based on their situation.

Lorvin, our timeline is similar and I hope you were given correct info. It is such a pathetic situation we are in. By now we should have earned the noa2 but instead we are begging for it.

Well the June/July filers at TSC are at the wrong place at the wrong time. And the way things are going we could be waiting more! My only question is, why aren't we saying anything? I mean other than here on VJ we should really speak up together through media for them to hear us! April/May filers were sent to CSC in August. Since then 3 MONTHS HAVE PASSED!!! TSC hasn't completed June petitions. So what is it????? 4 months to get one month's petitions done????
We need to speak up!! Can we?

I posted a plea to all from Phillipines and requested them to remove their NOA2 date from their timeline so the system doesn't count them as approved and we get a realistic estimate. My plea was deleted :-( I am renewing my request again to VJ Fillipino members. Please delete your NOA2 date. Thanks in advance :-)

Good morning, Congrats for being expedited! We are happy for you. But as you can see that everyone else at TSC is facing significant delays and USCIS doesn't provide much info for us to even make a good guess at our approval timeline. So the VJ timeline is a blessing for us. However, due to super fast Filipino approvals that is also not accurate for us to even make a guess. So people have started "non-Filipino" threads.
If it's not too much, may we ask that everyone at TSC with beneficiary from Phillipines or expedited for other reasons please temporarily remove NOA2 dates from their timelines? You can track your progress in a "Filipino" or "Expedited" thread. If you do that then rest of us can have a somewhat accurate idea for our cases.
Thanks in advance and good luck in your visa journey ahead!!

Please stop spending your, or his, hard earned money on lawyers. Gather info yourself and do what's legal and what makes sense. When you enter the country on a visit visa the intention should be to visit and not stay. Having said that if you get married while visiting and law offers you an option to adjust status and USCIS allows it then you can certainly do that. You may however be asked about it during adjustment of status process and the burden of proof will be on you. I also agree that California service center may very well approve you in days and you may have K1 in hand by January/February. But no guarantees when it comes to approval time frames. A spousal visa seems like the most time consuming option for you. Good luck! !
