I´m so sorry, I am in the same situation. I reviewed step by step and nothing has been chance since last week.

What is tour basis ?

I think it will be augoust 08, that is because they are allow fill electronic paper, also I consider last year this date aproximatly they published current all 2012 filer. We don't foget it. However it could move fordward most than 6 week.

I am Unable to do it. I have the same month in F2A PD.

Couriosly, a lot of people has been abble to fill document form from NVC. I still not access to fill any, only can see the section payment no more.

You can send a email to NVC office NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

You must write in the subject line you Case number by USCIS that may be:

- EAC - Vermont Service Center;
- WAC - California Service Center;
- LIN - Nebraska Service Center; and

- SRC - Texas Service Center.

Also an explanation about your own inquiry with them from you case

They will give you INN and number case if they have received your NOA2.

My husband called nvc yesterday. They said he will receive a letter by the end of this month with further instructions and our case has been put forward to start processing ? very exciting and good news! Any idea generally how long it shud b til pd becomes current since they hav advised we can now pay? I am presuming this is a sign it will be very soon..

But, other issue is if do they know if you are a beneficiary or do they know if you have a engagement or wife?

Most late September fliers have not been able to pay fees, maybe we would be able to do that before March ending. I called NVC last week and was told they have not commenced processing my case. Another September flier with an earlier P.D called and was told within 28 days he would receive notice to continue the process. Am hoping March VB would advance upto JULY. Am certain soonest we can start the process.

Guys I want go to US embassy in Managua, Nicaragua to try get a tourist visa, but l'm afraid because it could be refused. I have already immigrant visa process with pd DEC 02 2013, but I want go to see my Wife only 1 week. Then come back home to wait complet our process.

but NVC so slow to reviews document, so plus 2 more month to reviews the case and 1 month to interview. So every thing right my will get interviews on NOV without checklist
