i paid my AOS and visa on JULY 1 2014

because NVC think my case is USC

but my case is green card holder, i sent everything to nvc just wait my case CC, i call NVC and she told me wait visa available to continue reviews my case.So sad

What is your PD?

I have only INN and Case number, the same like you I haven´t access, PD Dec 02 2013.

You also can sent them a email directly: NVCInquiry@state.gov, typing in the suject line you receipt number by USCIS and little explanation about your case.

My husband called the NVC jan.2 2015 he asked whats going on with the petition of my wife?our paper is approved april 1,2014 and until now why cant we access the ds-261 and then They only asked our priority date and what country and the said for philippines just wait for march as the process will continue...

For f2a dec 2013 we called the nvc today and it says that this march will continue to process your papers for philippines

Hi, i have the same date, i was approved in feb 28th, I´m waiting for my PD to be current.

That is only for California Service Center. Vermont is still showing Sept 23, 2013. CSC is the only one at 5 months hence why I suggested you were lucky for being transferred there.

It´s maybe possible at that date before august 2013, when this category was current, it was most people applying in other state or other city different west state, that can be reazon, or that depends where you sponsor send the application (I-130 form). as well the people waiting for your approval.

Current predictions for next month VB puts it at around the May 15th. Nicalord, you seem to have gotten lucky by getting into CSC. I read somewhere that they are not sending out i130 approvals until you are within a 6-8 month window from being current with priority date. I don't know if this was true for all service centers post september 2013 or just VSC.

Really? i don´t know. My wife told me that she received the notice paper in that date. Now if you go to uscis website you can see the last time process, that is around 5 month in average.

I am still waiting, I have received NOA 2 only, but doing inquiry with NVC by mail they sent me the invoice number and Case number too, also a explanation why they can´t start my process now.

There people writing about that fererence, It very possible in March VB advance significant time for all us, which waiting for our PD become current.

Yes, my wife is green card holder, I know the NVC, are processing March 2013 applicants, so that mean I will wait my PD become current, because they can refuse me the request if I go to turims visa application.

So, I will should waiting, is the best advice ?
