  1. Hello guys,

I have been doing some calculations about possible movements of the F2A category based on the current prediction by USICS and if it moves every month by 3 weeks, roughly speaking:

    08may13 - feb 2015

    01jun13 - march 2015
    22jun13 - april 2015
    14july13 - may2015
    7august13 - jun2015
    1sep13 - july2015
    23sep13 - avg2015
    14oct13 - sep 2015
if every month F2A moves 30days, roughly:
    08may13 - feb2015
    08jun13 - mart2015
    08july13 - april2015
    08avg13 - may2-15
    08sep13 - jun2015
    08oct13 - july2015
    08nov13 - aug2015
    08dec13 - sep2015
what are your predictions and calculations?
    Hi.
Thanks for share this prediction, so I made a sheet with estimate date in the comming months to finish this fiscal year. Assuming that movement is one month per every Visa Bulletin.
If you want to have the worksheet, please find it here: copy the link in you browser window.
You can change as it progresses the Visa Bulletin in the next fiscal year. Only copy the formula.
    Thanks.

  2. My husband called the NVC jan.2 2015 he asked whats going on with the petition of my wife?our paper is approved april 1,2014 and until now why cant we access the ds-261 and then They only asked our priority date and what country and the said for philippines just wait for march as the process will continue...

Ok I Understood, but if that was for Philippines, so it may be possible to ROW too. I know Philippines it a country that have a limit by law. Good luck for you.

    Thank you.

  3. That is only for California Service Center. Vermont is still showing Sept 23, 2013. CSC is the only one at 5 months hence why I suggested you were lucky for being transferred there.

It´s maybe possible at that date before august 2013, when this category was current, it was most people applying in other state or other city different west state, that can be reazon, or that depends where you sponsor send the application (I-130 form). as well the people waiting for your approval.

  4. Current predictions for next month VB puts it at around the May 15th. Nicalord, you seem to have gotten lucky by getting into CSC. I read somewhere that they are not sending out i130 approvals until you are within a 6-8 month window from being current with priority date. I don't know if this was true for all service centers post september 2013 or just VSC.

Really? i don´t know. My wife told me that she received the notice paper in that date. Now if you go to uscis website you can see the last time process, that is around 5 month in average.

  5. Hello, everyone.

    I have a doubt.

I am F2A beneficiary, my PD is Dec 02, 2013. But our process is pending still. My wife who lives in New York, he wants that I go to travel to visit her, but I do not know what can I do. In october 2011, I filed an application for turism visa, I went to embassy and they rejected my application saying "my application was rejected, because I was like a potential immigrant for them"and I have doubt if this time they will reject again.

Our process is in National Visa Center now, waiting Visa bulletin will become current soon. I want to prove it, who can give advice me?

    Kind regards.
