What is the cost of the IV fee and immigrant visa application fee and what comes next after these have been paid and how long before they reply after payments have been received.

It usually take 2 business days, it was time for me, so the cost it is U$325, if you paid the AOS fee next pay will be IV fee, only we wait they allow us make it.

Today I sent from my country Nicaragua, all my original documents to my wife, She will send them next week. We haven't payed IV fee, also the DS 260 yet, We maybe get acces once that we recived the IV invoice.

Just got the email from NVC asking to pay the AOS and IV fee. But still couldnt access it online. Hopefully soon I will be able to. I didnt have to file DS261 as my attorney filed all the documents for me.

I think that you haven´t fill DS-261, because you have a attorney. I think that you go directly pay the fee and wait the instructions.

It seems all we are getting acces to fill electronic doc. I think next month come a big jump in our cases.

5 minutes ago I was able to pay the AOS and IV fees, but not able yet to access the DS-261. When I log in I end up in the summary page which does not link me yet to the DS-261. Hopefully I will be able to access it soon.

You can try next week, that situation was same to me.

I think in the 2nd or 3rd VB edtition All 2013 should have process ready, therefore, not worry be patiente.

Finally! I was able to access and completed DS261 (choice of agent) without getting email from NVC. I had the invoice number and case number from telephone call few months ago.

However, did not get any link to pay the fees

I don´t understand how they are working, there are other people that have received their wellcome letter, and they have PD later from me, I saw and read their post, that they have been completed 2 forms (Ds-260 and 261).

I go to acce to ceac web nothing has been chage for me.

Dec 09,2013 pd here!! Waiting to continue NVC process. After a year of silence im coming back to VJ

My apology, my friend, I felt lot emotion. When a tried to do it, I am locked yet, so I only can see the invoice detail in the window. So I think the few weeks we will be avaible to fill the step 1 .
