Yes he has international ID, but his US citizen wife ID still showing her formal address instead of current residential address they both live now and at  the time of applying for Change of Status and I-130. Do we need to get a new ID for his wife, interview in two weeks. And beside, the three references letters from people that know's them have to be notarized?

I am wondering, my Nephew got marriage to a USC wife since January and  both have been living with me in my house throughout the filling process. Now after RFE for I 484 his status has changed to READY TO SCHEDULE FOR INTERVIEW... now I am the joint sponsor because his wife USC did not make enough income under $10, 000 annually, so I decided to let them stay with me until my Nephew get his EAD which is still pending so that they can rent apartment. My concerns are how can they meet the Rent/Lease Agreement, bills, which is going to be required during the interview?  How can they prove bonafide marriage without such Evidence. Any suggestions/experiences advice  will go a long way to help them. Should they lease an apt before interveiw ?  What are other bonafide evidences he needs for interview.
