QM&TD reacted to IslAmy in May 2015 Interviews
Hi there! p3 letters are for K1 people. So yep, your next step is to wait for your P4 interview letter from NVC. It will contain a link to all the instructions you need to prepare for your interview!

I tried a couple days after the AOS showed paid and each time I had a nice chat with the rep.... it was finally about 10 days after it showed paid... the invoice for my case showed up today (the day after the rep reviewed it) and I'm on hold with them now to check on my kids' files...

We don't need Beneficiary ID any more. That was the old form. Now we just need case number and invoice number. Thats it.

QM&TD reacted to Ryan H in I-130 August 2014 filers
Correct, you still file an I-864.
Your mom: I-864
Your dad: I-864A
Order of who is listed on the tax return is irrelevant.
Finally, it's Ryan, not "Elite Diamond" (Elite Diamond is a member title). Plus, I don't think you are bothering me.

QM&TD reacted to Gorkhali in Forgot to include evidence of bona fide marriage in i-130 package
Hi there
well we included tons of evidence showing we are married and we also sent the docx this sept to USCIS.
As you have already sent, well from my POV i would say wait. If you get RFE then send them other supporting docx of evidence. As far as i understood, there is no any such set of rules how much and what all you need to send. The marriage certificate should do the job.
Note : This is just an advise. I am not any attorney. I am also new into visa process. May be some other older folks with better knowledge will help you with concrete reply.
Good luck
