Free.bird got a reaction from Tina and Johan in N-400 June 2018 Filers
    Hi all,
Update to my case. On February 8 I received notification that I was approved! On February 10 I received a notice that my oath is scheduled for February 20! I am so relieved and happy. Thank you, visajourney community, for your support and information. Good luck to everyone!

Thank you for your kind words. I wonder when it is appropriate to contact the senator. It's only been 1 day since the interview, maybe I wait for about a week?

    Hi all,
Had an interview yesterday at Denver office. It was a very stressful experience. The interviewing officer grwas so detailed, asked me questions about my visas as far back as 8 years. Not much about marriage. I was slightly uncomfortable, because she kept asking same questions several times and making me doubt everything I say. She asked me about traffic tickets, I didnt have any, but she was asking several times in disbelief, like she was thinking I actually had tickets. She gave me a sheet saying "decision cannot be made, but passed civic test". She said she may ask us to come back for another interview or send a request for more info regarding i-751, but she doesn't foresee it happening. So we left slightly disappointed, especially since she said we may have to come back. Does anyone have any insight? Should I be worried? I worried myself sick, pulled DMV record online to search if I had any tickets that they might see. Of course I didnt have any, or I would remember and not hide it on the interview 😐

For inquiry 1. You don't have to include that address since you just stayed there for 4 days and you did not include it as well on you application.
For inquiry 2. For the cellphone statement. you can still print out the billing statement and make a letter explaining why the address on the billing statement is still old and make sure you have proof that both of you pays the bill.
For Inquiry 3. Based on the instruction of the form I-751, the person who will sworn and attest about your marriage should include the address, cellphone number, birthday and complete name, meaning its required.

Based on your list of evidence, you had enough just make sure all evidences covers the entire 2 years of marriage because that's what the IO will look for it.

    Hope this helps.

The reviews of each embassy here are people's first hand experience and gives you an idea what you can expect. If they had a good review, it means they were more than likely prepared for the interview, thus making their interview easy for the Interviewing Officer and therefore easy on them. While a review is absolutely wonderful to ease your nerves, you will only know how your interview will go once you do your own. You just need to make sure that you supply plenty of evidence of your relationship so they don't even have a reason to ask you to prove it further, and make sure all of your paperwork you bring to the embassy is an ABSOLUTE replica of everything you send to the USCIS or NVC. We're also keeping anything considered as relationship evidence we gain as we are going through the process, just to have more evidence at the embassy.
I don't know if Kazakhstan is a high fraud country, maybe someone else can answer that.
