I've just had my interview in London. We got approved ? just want to thank everyone on here that's gave me advice through the process. I really appreciate it. All those still waiting keep with it! It will all be over soon the interview was the easiest part.

The petitioner always has to submit an AOS, even if everything is 0. If she didn't fill out a tax return, you'll have to write a letter to explain why. You'll probably get a checklist for her form.

If petitioners doesn't have a job and income, does that person have to submit AOS as well ?

Our friend is the sponsor and we already sent all the documents of our friend since my wife don't work we didn't send a separate AOS for my wife.

People who have really good knowledge about this kindly explain this to me please.

I received an email in the morning that they received my document. It will take 30 days to review. I called again in the afternoon. And the guy said, they completed my case, And now it is put in the line with the embassy for scheduling the interview.

I tried to ask how many people are in the line etc, he said he has no information about that.

so many positive vibes........ Congrats

I called NVC today and we got good news case closed yesterday

Hey don, quick question, why are they asking for the 2014 tax returns? did you send them an extension?

I'm asking coz our joint sponsor has an extension for his 2014 returns so he sent us the form 4868 (extension)

Everything was there but they sent this: Your 2014 income must match the total income reported on your Federal income tax returns. something wrong or they messed up but somehow have to recheck everything and send it back.

Got a checklist today have to do some correction on i864 and send 2014 tax hoping send it soon.

Just got off the phone with NVC they said my documents are revived and there are some issues in AOS form and I will receive a checklist in a week

This week it will have been a month since I sent in our AOS and IV packages to the NVC. I know some months are busier than others. Does anyone know how long (in general) it's taking them to review the AOS and IV packages right now? I'm hoping to not be stuck here for much longer.....

Better call NVC and check about it. That's the best thing to do.

I did call many time but same answer every time to wait it will be reviewed asap.few weeks back nvc rep. Said my file has been transferred to supervisor for review but still no response!

When you call ask for a supervisor, you might be able to get more info from him/her I guess.
