i just called NVC and they received my I-130 at August 15th, it was approved at 7th so it took 8 days for them to receive it but i will get a case number after around 20 days i guess
-
Yes they said i have to wait 25 business days or 5 weeks yeah im getting realy frustrated what should i do ? Help?
well i guess we all have to wait then, nothing else to do
-
did you called NVC and asked about your case ?
-
My i129F was approved first. As far as CR1 being a better choice, i believe that would apply for most people, however, the cost of going to visit my wife every few months is by far more expensive than the extra $1000 I will pay for going the K3 route.
how long was it approved first ? how many days before the I-130 ?
-
congrats my friend, which petition was approved first the I-130 or I-129F ?
-
what do you mean by accepted ? do you mean received ? you got your NOA1 ?
-
You still have your current address right now though? There won't be any problems. If it gets shipped to NVC, then it is no longer USCIS responsibilty. Supposely, the process at NVC is much faster. From there, it gets shipped to the U.S Embassy in beneficiary's country. So, probably at the interview stage, when the US Citizen send you the package 3(if it applies to you)then you put your new address if by then you moved. But, if you move after the interview then it won't really matter because you will move to USA. Lol!!!
yes i am still in my old address, but i am not K1, i am I-130 so i dont think anything is gonna be fast for me at NVC

I'm the beneficiary too and i got the NOA2 from USCIS and our case should go to NVC soon i guess, and i might need to move after 3 months, what should i do too ?
-
personally i wont buy any tickets till visa in hand

-

Read up on the NVC Process http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process
Don't know what will happen to the I-129F more than likely it will be closed at NVC or they may let the I-129F continue through to embassy if that happens I would surely take that route since the NVC now has almost come to a halt.
Start calling the NVC in about a week or 2 to get case# and you shoud know which path you will be able to take.
Ya i hope the I-129F will go thru to avoid the NVC extended waiting times

Hi VJs
I got approved for my I-130 and I-129F, I-129F was approved at august 4 and then I-130 at august 7
I submitted them to VSC at April 2014, but at july 15 the I-129F was transferred to TSC while I-130 stayed at VSC
my wife recieved E-mail notification about both and today we received the I-129F noa2 by mail, its said its going to NVC now
is there any thing important to know for the coming steps ??
thanks for help and goodluck everyone
information are in my timeline
