  1. You still have your current address right now though? There won't be any problems. If it gets shipped to NVC, then it is no longer USCIS responsibilty. Supposely, the process at NVC is much faster. From there, it gets shipped to the U.S Embassy in beneficiary's country. So, probably at the interview stage, when the US Citizen send you the package 3(if it applies to you)then you put your new address if by then you moved. But, if you move after the interview then it won't really matter because you will move to USA. Lol!!!

yes i am still in my old address, but i am not K1, i am I-130 so i dont think anything is gonna be fast for me at NVC

  2. Read up on the NVC Process http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/NVC_Process

Don't know what will happen to the I-129F more than likely it will be closed at NVC or they may let the I-129F continue through to embassy if that happens I would surely take that route since the NVC now has almost come to a halt.

Start calling the NVC in about a week or 2 to get case# and you shoud know which path you will be able to take.

Ya i hope the I-129F will go thru to avoid the NVC extended waiting times

  3. Hi VJs

my wife recieved E-mail notification about both and today we received the I-129F noa2 by mail, its said its going to NVC now
