anyone that can confirm this information? thanks
-
well, the instructions state the following,
If you are still married, then file Form I-751 jointly with your spouse through whom you obtained conditional status
so unless someone tells us otherwise, part 3 is my information as I am the petitioner's spouse which is my wife.
Another question: Do we really need to submit a cover letter.
-
other question: Part 3. Basis for Petition of form i-751 that should my information right? I am or was the petitioner for my wife.
-
thanks. I will take a look. but as far forms, this is the only USCIS form right?
-
Also, would the petitioner be my wife or me her husband. She is the one who is applying to remove the conditional status on her residence but I was the who who initially petitioned for her.
-
it is for a removal of condition for my wife. she was already given the conditional residence for two years and it is about to expire.

My wife received a working permit before her two year conditional residence card arrive. Her working permit will expire in about three months. Her conditional residence don't expire until 03/2022.

We're having our interview this coming week. My wife still working on her English, so, are they going to have a translator at the interview for her? Please suggest all the possible advice.
what type of questions they ask?
-
my wife went to have her biometrics this past friday. I guess the next step will be the interview?
-
the time line is about the same as yours.
-
thanks everyone.

thanks guys.
should I go with her?

My wife received Form I-797C, Notice of Action with code 3 and then it says:
QuoteTo process your application, petition, or request, the U. S. citizenship & Immigration
Services (USCIS) must capture your biometrics.
And then it gives the directions on where and time to appear.
My question is, does this mean My wife has been accepted? After this what it follows? How long does it take to get her residence?
thanks

yes I did.
Another question just to confirm. I am doing just one cover letter, but I am doing as at the sample link below:
https://citizenpath.com/faq/sample-i-130-cover-letter/
Sample Cover Letter for Spouse-Based I-130 Petition
which is being address from the petitioner only; therefore, me being the petitioner will only sign it.
Is that fine?

payxibka,
with regards to the question below,
(Write the form you are filing and your A-Number or other applicable identification on the check or money order.)
I, the petitioner, supposed be filling form I-130, so I guess my A-number goes in the check?

This is the form that I helped my wife fill out as she is the one who is trying to adjust her status. We are wondering about A-number on the upper right corner of every form I-485. Should I put my A-number? My wife does not have an A-number.
O should I leave it blank?

can I maybe do one cover letter for all the forms?
-
I have a couple of questions putting the package together based on the website below:
https://www.uscis.gov/forms-filing-tips
· (Write the form you are filing and your A-Number or other applicable identification on the check or money order.) The applicable identification from me or my wife who is the one trying to adjust her status?

Mark the envelope and the cover letter with the nature of the submission. For example, Original Submission, Brief for an Appeal, or Response to Request for Additional Information.
- Each form has to have a cover letter?
- What does the cover letter has to say?
-
Mark the envelope and the cover letter with the form number. For example, I-129, I-130, I-690 or I-698.
- Again, one cover letter for the all the forms or one for each one?
thanks

Should I include a G-28 with my form i-751?
