  1. yes I did. Another question just to confirm. I am doing just one cover letter, but I am doing as at the sample link below: https://citizenpath.com/faq/sample-i-130-cover-letter/ Sample Cover Letter for Spouse-Based I-130 Petition which is being address from the petitioner only; therefore, me being the petitioner will only sign it. Is that fine?
  2. payxibka, with regards to the question below, (Write the form you are filing and your A-Number or other applicable identification on the check or money order.) I, the petitioner, supposed be filling form I-130, so I guess my A-number goes in the check?
  3. This is the form that I helped my wife fill out as she is the one who is trying to adjust her status. We are wondering about A-number on the upper right corner of every form I-485. Should I put my A-number? My wife does not have an A-number. O should I leave it blank?
  4. I have a couple of questions putting the package together based on the website below: https://www.uscis.gov/forms-filing-tips · (Write the form you are filing and your A-Number or other applicable identification on the check or money order.) The applicable identification from me or my wife who is the one trying to adjust her status? Mark the envelope and the cover letter with the nature of the submission. For example, Original Submission, Brief for an Appeal, or Response to Request for Additional Information. Each form has to have a cover letter? What does the cover letter has to say? Mark the envelope and the cover letter with the form number. For example, I-129, I-130, I-690 or I-698. Again, one cover letter for the all the forms or one for each one? thanks
  5. IT says: your current immigration status or category (for example B-2 visitor, F-1 student, parolee, deferred action. or no status of category) My stay in the USA has expired, but my visa has not, so should I put something like: Expired stay B-2 visa? this is on Part 2. information about you question 25
  6. It seems that the instructions point me out to send all forms to either: USCIS Chicago Lockbox For U.S. Postal Service (USPS) deliveries: USCIS P.O. Box 805887 Chicago, IL 60680-4120 OR ********************************* For FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries: USCIS FBAS 131 South Dearborn, 3rd Floor Chicago, IL 60603-5517 My wife and I live in the USA. My other question is, do I put all 5 forms into one envelope and send them all out to either address? forms: i-130 i-130a 1-485 i-765 i-864 pay with credit card or check?
  7. This is what the instructions says: If you need extra space to complete any item within this application, use the space provided in Part 6. Additional Information or attach a separate sheet of paper. Type or print your name and Alien Registration Number (A-Number) (if any) at the top of each sheet; indicate the Page Number, Part Number, and Item Number to which your answer refers; and sign and date each sheet. The date and signature only applies if you have to attach a separate sheet of paper or do we need to sign and date the additional information paper already included in the form itself?
