Hello All
I am traveling out of the country this Sunday for a week, Hopefully everything goes smooth in my way out and in my way back.... I am a little concern about the way back.... Hopefully the airline don't give me too much problem to aboard the plane and I find a nice/smart/informed CBP officer

any updates ????

It's my understanding (correct me, folks, if I'm wrong) that you just need the expired GC and extension letter. However, if it were me, I'd have my passport, too!

You are totally right to go out of the Country take Expired GC + Extension Letter + Passport + Extra Cloth -!!!!
-
I guess I was on the wrong Month thread --- I file on May and was on the April Thread --- I'm too going to be traveling with the Expired GC and the extension letter -- Hopefully everything will go well

Friends I have a question, is someone knows or can direct me to the right forum I will be really grateful. the 10 yrs parole out of the country for being in the US out of status will not apply anymore???
-
Yes, we have done so twice now, with no problems either time. We have carried both the expired GC and the extension letter -- each time the CBP agent has looked at both.
Wow, this is good I really need to go and see my parents, they're ill and I am afraid I can re-enter ,,,,,

It can take 8 - 16 weeks for the FBI results to come back to USCIS depending on how busy the FBI is.

Does any1 know how it takes to USCIS or FBI to come back with the results of the Biometrics????
-
Hello Family----
Biometrics app arrived on the 3rd for today, I walk in and did them successfully----- After this, does anyone knows how long does it takes for USCIS approved or the I-751???
Thanks

I wasn't thinking of being denied for that...god, that would be terrible! I was asking in case they issue RFE's for lack of affidavits.
I did not sent the letter either, I dont think they reject our ROC.......
-
Question: how important are the sworn affidavits from family/friends? I did not include any in the package, only an original signed letter from my mother in law which states that we are living together on her property. And I made sure to include a lot of evidence.
I sent those affidavits in my AOS, but for the ROC I did not sent any, It's important but that does not disqualified you to get your ROC approved ---
