And I have myself to blame for staying with him so long and ignoring the red flags. But I loved. If you do insist on going, even for a few weeks, please do all of us a few favours:
Keep your passport hidden, it may be unlikely but this guy seems like he could flip and maybe hide it from you so you cannot return. Save yourself the hassle.
Familiarise yourself with the local planned parenthood or if you can get an OTC morning after pill from France, get it and keep it hidden. Just in case of any mishaps. This is if you are not already on the pill.
And for what it's worth, I had a few LDRs before I met my fiance. Not one of them wanted to come and visit me, only me there. When you meet the right person, it's like waking up from a dream. When you're dreaming, you think you're awake, when you're awake, you KNOW you're awake.

Ya no one knows how the pick the cases only if we new the secrets of how and what goes on behind closed doors. I sent a sad text saying "better luck tomorrow" to my fiance before going to bed, he just sent me a text 2 hours ago (he`s at work) saying "i got something that might put a smile on your face :)" then added the picture of our approval notice in a whatsapp text.
I am shaking head to toe I can`t believe we made it over the first hurdle!!

I`m probably one of the happiest girls to walk this planet right now.
We expected an RFE for something I forgot to add on my G-325A(I accidentally put none as last address outside the usa, although I`m the benificiary and have always lived in Belgium) so we got ready for an RFE, I`m so happy our adjucator was in a good mood!!
Hoping for a speedy approval for all who`s still waiting!!

Response was mailed yesterday at 5pm with priority mail. Was delivered to California at 11:15am This morning I assume California time. I'm curious to know how long after the delivery my stats as reported by my case number will change.

People please respond with correct information, all inquiries sent to ICE, NVC, USCIS etc is read, not all inquiries are acted upon. The individual does not need proof, if the individual believes that what he/ she is reporting is accurate to the best of their knowledge they have a responsibility to report the activity. It will be up to the US government to deemed if the information is fraudulent enough to act upon.
The individual does not have to tell VJ who, why, or what they know, the question was whom should they report what they believe to be a fraudulent act to the US government.

I used my case number on the 15th and saw that an RFE had been generated on the 13th. It arrived at my house on the 20th. My application is in the California processing center and I live in NY. If you live closer to California then mail time will be less.
I have the response complete and expect to mail it today.

You file the AOS in her married name. Also, the format of her name change is of no concern because it is typical Filipino style: First name, Maiden name, Husband's last name.

Smaller problems then I expected. Two issues, one was I forgot to fill out the murder and mayhem portion of the I-129F saying I was not now and had never been a violent criminal. That was easy, check the right boxes, sign the form part 1 taken care of. Problem 2, although I checked off question 35 with a NO, we did not use a marriage broker. When I described how we met, I just said, "a website". That was enough to override the "NO" from question 35. So I have been asked to identify the web site that we met on, and provide the "attach a copy of the signed, written consent form the IMB obtained from your beneficiary authorizing the release of your beneficiary's personal contact information to you." Well the website we met on was yahoo chat. So, I've written an expanded answer to question 34A to identify the website and then wrote refuting the conditions that describe our meeting. We exchanged personal information directly. No one was paid for the exchange of information. There was no matchmaker or third party involved.
I think that should be good enough. And my posting in the RFE topic of the exact text got a "I wrote essentially the same thing and it worked for me." So now I just need to send it all back in the envelop provided.

Just got my noa2 approval as well. June 16 noa1.

Words can not describ how i feel right. Just got the "Petition Approved" email, text, app notification and what not. My NOA1 was June 18th. It's been a real journey with you guys here for the last 30 days. I wish you all a very happy ending on your journey & a great new beginning with the one you love.

I'm from Indonesia and my fiancée sent the K1 application pack on June 1st 2015.. Got an email notification on June 2nd 2015 which said our case has been received and routed to California Service Center.. Then received NOA1 by mail on June 11th 2015.. Still looking forward the NOA2 now..
Dont you guys feel that a day feels like a month cause of all of this waiting and stuff? Or is it just me? Lol.. This is a funny, weird yet tense feeling knowing that our future marriage will be decided by immigration officers within God knows how long.. Lol..
Oh well, we gotta do what we gotta do, the best of luck to all of us June Filers!!!! Lets prove the world that love is patience, hard work and know no distance!!!! Keep each other posted and God bless us all..

packet received: June 9, 2015 (according to our noa1 hard copy and the e-mail from USCIS)
noticed date: June 11, 2015
Noa1 Hard Copy received : June 15, 2015
Case Approved: July 14, 2015

We sent our i-129f at the end of May, got our paper copy NOA1 June 8, and just found out (through the USCIS website) yesterday (July 9) that our case was approved!

I just received my NOA2!
I was hesitant and confused filling out the forms, even after buying a book on the process.
Then I found this site.
This site was a great help in putting the application packet together.
