Our daughter had an interview in West Palm beach on January 6, 2022 for her green card, work authorization and Aos for her and her daughter. Interviewer said everything was fine and should get in mail in 30-40 days. Well now it's 69

Well dAUghter and her daughter went to interview this morning and passed with flying colors. Awaiting GC in mail

Our daughter just got notice for an interview on her AOS. SHe has had two Russian Spudnik shots but  dont think those are acceptable in thhiere US. Neither CVS or walmart will mix thier phizer with Spudnik. What can we do?

daughter filed end of July and we got notice they they are sending out a form and letter for an interview they have scheduled for her. So 4 months not bad

you can go to staples an buy  an envelope large enough

if the baby is born in the us then it will be a us citizen. that is a very good thing if you all intend to be us citizens. i see no reason why she can not visit you shortly before the baby is to be born

How close to getting a letter with an interview ate do you usually getv this I-693 deficiency notice?

i would say you are more than is needed. Assuming your house was appraised for 500. you don't say what the mortgage is though and immigrations wants liquid or easily made liquid assets

ok filed as for daughter and grandkid on 7/26. got notice 8/21 bio for gc then came and completed. just got bio for daughter

when the 485 and 765 were sent to the lock box we only forwarded one I-94 whuch was attached to the 485 bundle. Should we send another?

unfortunately i think she is now out of status. i believe you should have filed an adjustment of stus before her visa expired

daughter filed AOS an 765 has a potential job offer in LA.

1. employer willing to give letter.

2. how do we do this

i have known a number of people tht came here on visitor visa overstayed, worked with false soc sec card, married a us citizen and after a few years hired a lawyer and filed aos and got it. best to hire an immigration lawyer for this though. the problem is hiring one that knows what he is doing.

I have been unable to contact USCIS by phone. All I get is the computer when I call and it wonty or wont answer my question which is:

Having filed 2 AOS. one for daughter and one for her 3 year old daughter we got a biometric exam notice for the 3 year old but not the 39 year old daughter. Does that biometric pertain to both or just the grand daughter? If both go on the date will they do the biometric for both?
