thanks for the response "Hypnos" one more thing, are we doing the right I-864 form type since my husband is doing my petition together with our son? we've done I-864 form.

if we're going to send the AOS packet this month together with the requirements, will the NVC ask for the 2013 ITR? or would the ITR's from 2010-2012 enough?

I was thinking about our IV fee bill too since we sent our DS-261 last feb 4 and even though I edited my form and sent it again yesterday still our IV fee isn't available. but I already asked my husband to call NVC today since its holiday yesterday. thanks again and God bless.

I Hope you can enlighten me with my issue. im having a situation about DS-261 to where I filled it up Feb.4 and I just saw yesterday that I put my agent's country wrong that it should be US instead of Philippines. so what I did is I edit the form and sent it again and got the notification again like I had the first time. would it make a problem with our case that I sent DS-261 twice? plus its been quite a few days that we haven't received the IV fee though our AOS is been paid. hoping someone can enlighten me with this.
