    I submitted 1-130 for my mom earlier this year and my mom wants to visit for the holidays. She is coming in via visa free program so by default is 90 days stay but she only plan to stay for 30-45 days. Round trip tickets will be purchased. Are there any concerns I should taken into? I’m worry immigration see she has an open immigration application and will deny her entry worrying she may overstay? Anything I need to prepare my mom for when she arrive at immigration/boarder control when she visit?
