Im submitting assets to meet the requirement. Isnt thats going to be enough to meet the income requirement? Also do i need to write the letter why im not required to submit tax returns?

I never worked so i dont need to submit my tax documents. Am i right?

- 2 passport size pics with case number full name n date of birth on the back

Also written case number on all pages at the right hand top corne.

I will be sending both packages together in one envelope. Please help me if im missing anything. Im sending all my documents tomorrow.

Yes, this the one u will attach with document, but, as you have sent both packages under one bar coded cover sheet so it is not needed at this time.

I haven't sent my packages yet but will send this week inshallah. The thing is that these bar-code are already there even before showing up paid. i'm really confused... please someone clear it to me. also why do i need to just use one bar-code page? i'm sending 2 packages together (AOS n IV) so i will need both of the bar-codes for each package, right??

one more question. since I already paid the AOS and IV fees, it shows in process, but it also gives the document cover sheet (bar-coded), so do i send that one with the papers? or i will get a new one after the fees r showing as paid??? please someone clear it for me.

As soon as the money clears the bank then send the packages. With holidays it will take longer, but you lose out that time anyhow if you wait until afterwards.

so, I have invoice for both of the fees, but now the problem is that i don't have anyone in the U.S. who is willing to help me with this paying with bank account thing. Since i'm living overseas with my husband, can i just send the money draft in US dollars like i did with the uscis fees?? please someone help me with this topic.

Today I submitted my choice of agent. I want to know if i can pay online with HSBC bank in UAE for my AOS n IV fees?? or do i need to send it through mail?? Also, there is only AOS fee is showing not IV fee, why is that???

Do I have to send all original documents for IV package? can't i just send notarized copies? i dont want to lose my original documents?

I just recieved an email back from uscis abt the service request i made. This is what they said ...

We have received your inquiry stating that you believe your case is beyond our projected processing times. USCIS makes every effort to process cases within the projected timeframes and in the order in which they were received; however, your case has not cleared all required security checks at this time.

We cannot provide a specific date on which a final decision will be made on your case.

What should i do now n what does that mean? Im also contacting my senator today maybe that can help move the case further. Any suggestions please help...

No nothing special in my case but my hubby is from pakistan so maybe thats why its taking longer n his name is muhammad too. But i dont know if i should contact again cuz its more than 5 months.

I requested for an expedite but it didnt get approve. I received an email saying that my case needs more time. It been 6 months already what should i do now. I wanna go back with my husband so i can get good medical help. Please give suggestions as to what i should do next.

That is a good question, NLZZLN. When you look at the timeline data from this site, it seems there are still a lot of people waiting from even earlier in January. I don't think your petition has been overlooked by any means. Many people are still waiting... I know that doesn't make it any easier as I'm still waiting too.

My bigger concern at the moment is that there are people with a PD in February who were transferred to another service center (ie California) who have already been approved (not expedited cases from what I can tell). It's so hard and I'll try not to get too discouraged about it. This site can be so overwhelming and depressing when you compare too much.

I wish you the very fastest approval possible and congratulations to everyone approved so far. May we all be reunited with our loved ones as soon as possible.

Actually i was thinking to expedite my case since im pregnant now n had 2 miscarriages before, but i stopped myself n thought 1/21/14 is starting to get approvals so hopefully i will get too soon. Did ur petition get approved yet or ur also waiting?

Pd of 1/21/14 still no approval when will it be approved?? I have seen many approved with this pd already. Why mine is taking longer??
