So finally AOS shows N/A for my wife's case. Hope it is a case complete. Ripu is calling NVC to confirm. Ours has been a long journey at NVC. My case was completed on June 4th but my wife's case took so long as NVC lost her checklist email reply. Our case is processing electronically.

Just woke up to a message from the awesome immigration liaison in my senator's office - CASE COMPLETE!!!
Checklist docs were scanned into NVC on June 11.

You have to babysit the NVC otherwise you might miss something....
I used to call early morning, lunch time and 10 pm... I didn't trust anyone at the NVC

Yup it's eid!! another one without husband *sigh* but hopefully the last one and u can have as many as u want! I will bake another batch

Congratulations Jsumner86. It was frustrating to see your case being delayed for an error on part of NVC. Our case has also been delayed as NVC could not find my wife's checklist email sent on April 30th.

True ,But day by day it is getting worst and it hurts ..............
My friend already came here and they both are together ,but I got checklist .Our case was same dates ..Now it hurts alot to wait 2 months more...

If they're receiving more mail then they're going to work slower and government agencies aren't the type to approve overtime willy nilly lol
This is how it's been. I remember people with my scan date got CCs before me. It's a range of dates, not one at a time.

Eid Mubarak all my Muslim friends! I m feeling really down. Just skyped with hubby and my family there. I can't believe anther eid has passed without him. And the worst part is that even the end of this stupid journey is not visible right now. I wish I had my case complete and interview date In hand that would have made a lil happy. But I m halpy for those who actually made it this month to be reunited with families and can celebrate eid together

my AOS fees also changed to N/A. Not sure when though. I haven't checked it in 2 days.

I can sense a lot of people are very tense in this thread, and rightfully so with this ridiculous process we are all going through. But, let's all keep some perspective and try not to attack each other. We are all on the same side here and are all feeling like we don't have much control in what is happening to us. I come to this thread each day to get some info, have a laugh and feel very sad to see negative comments between members. Let's use all of our energy to hate the NVC, not each other.

Received Green Card Today......I will post the back of the card tomorrow....

Congratulations and it is a good news that are reviewing all scanned messages. This seems to be an improvement in their reviewing process.

I know we truly are, I guess our biggest sin was to fall in love with someone outside the USA. We really need a lot of prayers, I do believe that prayer can move mountains. I'm not a fanatic but do feel that prayer make a difference. But we need a lot of people to do so. I for sure will pray and have been praying for every one on this thread. God bless and help us all.

Soooooo since I never had to re-do my form, does this mean I graduated NVC summa cum laude? I want a pretty certificate to hang in my cubicle!!

I read about that before, so I checked the files on my husband's computer and on my work computer before sending them. I didn't zip them, just shrunk the file sizes by making the images a lower resolution (I used smallpdf.com since I don't have a full version of Adobe Acrobat like Saylin used in her wiki)
I definitely understand the undue stress... we both have jobs here too and haven't sold our house yet, the main pressure is the dread of interviewing and moving in the dead of Winterpeg Canadian winter, that and the slowly rising house prices in our intended city of Raleigh, NC. I guess it is what it is and we will just deal with it as it comes. It will be so nice to live closer to my family after 12 years of living close to his family.

As I just said on the August Interview thread:
You need a lawyer for the USCIS stage and a psychiatrist for the NVC stage, to come through both unscathed.
