  2. Thank you sweet heart I really appreciate that, not sure you will have such a long wait but I know I will. All we can do is pray and try even if we fail to be positive, it's not always easy and I fail a lot. Will be praying your wait wont be very long at all. :D(F)(L)(F)

I am not always positive either I try to be.. me and hubby both close to middle age lol so I don't think they would hold him I saw your time line.. mine was 2009 met him from his family here, 2012 we did k1 and I could not do a co-sponsor so its round 2 for us grrrrr So am praying out of all this time we can move forward.. and thank you for the prayers butterfly-1519.gif

  3. You paid May 30 Th, I paid May 28 Th and still NOTHING, why is time going by so slow after USCIS you would think we are used to waiting but I for one am only getting worse as in less and less patient. :(

We know the end is so close however I cant get my hopes up after reading what happens to people for these country's I have my mind set this can take longer but still we all have waited a long time, I wish you the best just keep thinking not much longer. kitty-148.gif

  4. I am in similar stress and uncertainty as well. We were put into extended review at I-130 which took a long time, like never ending. You can't imagine how much I had to work on my case, talked talk to lawyers, considered sue options, wrote to USCIS every month, to ombudsman, asked one state senator to help but no reply than asked my community leaders to help than asked my local congressman who was thankfully was willing to help, even when that took a month, I even wrote to President obama and strangely my case was approved 2 days after that but I am thinking realistically it was my congressmen help that was crucial.

Now I am worried about the interview, it will destroy me if they put us again in additional processing. My wife is a doctor, she is from good and well to do family, both her parents and sibling has US visit visa. I am just hoping it goes well from here.

I wish you the best, none of this is easy and at times I wonder at the system some people fly though this really fast and others have no luck.

  5. Islamabad embassy is one of the embassies that places most male candidates on AP irrespective of whether or not it's a mixed couple or not. We can only pray and hope! The whole system is extremely bureaucratic.

When we had to deal with them the first time they was really nice but after reading on how things work I must admit my heart sank. So many couples are waiting and one person was waiting for over 3 years this to me is really unfair. My hubby don't like me to read in here lol he knows I get down from it, however its the only way to find out whats going on and why things are taking so long. I pray for all the family's this is really hard to cope with at times.
