what makes me mad is me and my husband did a K1 and that did not work because I did not enough income but they did approve the K1 no rfes we got married sent in all the same paperwork new pictures and proof from both sides of family the embassy in Pak did not let a use a sponsor on K1 age? idk me and my hubby are both middle age, waitting for K1 and now 130 pfffffff this makes me sad.

On the Mar 17 I got a RFE ugh

I hope I do get it soon I've been so depressed like everyone else trying to keep the faith its taken this long and we are a middle age couple and I am praying we don't get put in AP that I was reading about. I am from USA and hubby is from Pak and I am not a native from there.. So I am thinking what are the chances

It's been a little over a month from transfer to NSC, after reading on here whats making me upset is knowing even after all this waiting we will still have to wait more at the Embassy in pakistan,We did the K-1 and they would not let me use the sponsor So we got married we are a middle age couple not sure if that will help us.we are going on 5 years together. anyone know the odds of us having a long wait time after we have been there already?

That is really good news I'm happy for you.. I read a lot in here and I wonder if they are doing the same to me and my husband I am not sure of your age me and my husband are a middle age couple both Divorce and we met from a family member and I am christian. We did the K-1 it did not work I even had a sponsor ISL would not let me use it. So we got married in Pak, So now the long wait again begins we are July 2013 filers. all this has me sad knowing the long wait and then wonder if we will get in AP

I received the letter in mail today about what office people on east coast get NSC Nebraska. round 2 now wait for NOA 2.

I did not get any email either on my case moving it was only on the web page, and I did send in the paper for them to email me. I was reading on VJ here many have gone to page and signed up for alerts again on that page so I did,So I hope now I well get all the updates from now on in email and in text format this page you need to input case number and change pass code every 3 months I did not get a 3rd update or snail mail as to where it has been transferred to

I will post any movement I think its good to let others know whats going on with gov.. my heart breaks for all the people waiting so long and reading of long AP. I am not from Pak, So I will have a glass of the bubbly lol.. and toast to all time dont stand still . praying for all..

My case was transferred to local office today Jan 3 2014 would be Pittsburgh office.

I am guessing after they get done with the work day and hit all the data in.. so it will depend on where you live at so it' s good idea to check in the evening time

after reading the new post on here I was hoping I got transferred today and I did, I did check in the afternoon time so they did post after 5 pm EST

Everyone just about at the beginning of the month and few after me got moved ugh

July as well. This is very hard to wait and it's my second time dealing with them.

A travel agent is always good to have they do get you a good deal. I never book with out using mine.
