Guys I know is mentioned million times that we must call, but did you receive a mail for IV fee payment also? Because I mailed them, and spoke to them yesterday about yellow triangle, but in worst case will they mail me when it will be available?

I just want today to be available to pay IV fee

You'll get an email notification of your interview date the same day the interview is scheduled.

You should get on the phone with NVC and tell them how long you've been waiting, that's a pretty long time and given the technical issues they've had recently you might need someone to step in and free up the invoice for you.

I've been on the phone and Mr. Waldo told me my DS 261 is still not accepted and yellow triangle doesn't meter.

I think my DS261 was not accepted until Friday (going to call today after work to confirm). Nearly 2 weeks after submitting it. Invoice is still not available, but does have the yellow triangle so I'm hoping to be able to pay by Wednesday.

I rich NVC, I spoke with Mr. Waldo, he was more than kind. Our DS 261 is still not accepted, our package is open and on a review, and to wait 30 business day for IV fee to be available for paying... I told him about yellow triangle, but he sad that doesn't meter, just wait, maybe it'll be sooner, but he can't promise

Guys, Saylin, how can i call national visa canter from here, maybe there was explanation somewhere, but i missed that... i know the phone but some other alternative ways. My husband is all day at work, on the phone, so I'm free to do that instead

Call and tell them. I did, and they had a supervisor check it out and I could pay the next day.

I mailed them with screen shots, my husband call so i wait to tell me what he done...

How did you receive your case number soo quickly from NVC??

How you mean quick? My NOA 2 is January 21, number assigned March 18. If almost two months is quick than fine )) It was to looong for us

At 4:30 IV became payable.....I used and definitely recommend Internet Explorer.....Payment Pending...

Printed out bar-coded cover sheet...slipped it under the binder clip..in the envelope....went to FEDEX

and shipped it today.....ok...deep breath.....

I Photoshopped a check box under the IV fee just to see what it will look like

It is definitely optional. For high fraud countries it is a very good idea. For others maybe not.

When I submitted I-130 the only thing I submitted was our Marriage Certificate. I had not discovered VJ back then in July2013. So when I sent in the IV package, I included - affidavits from people who attended the wedding, phone and WhatsApp logs, money transfer records, gift records, copies of travel to India and back, pics of wedding and post wedding etc. The pics were inserted into a Word document with comments added.

See this is the thing that bothers me about this K3 mess. They take you guys all the way up to the minute than cancel it all.

I guess Big Government really doesn't want to make more money. Cuz look at all the K3's in the works and the extra revenue it would generate. OMG maybe help to hirer more people. (Sorry was dreaming )

Just been following so many K3's here and this is happening over and over. And the couple who did get through it was just days before NVC was done with I-130. Like big deal.

Don't worry we didn't have high hopes for K3. That's why we started with CR-1 anyway. The explanation in the mail is that since our I-130 is approved, they can't issue K3. So approved I-130 petition means cancellation of K3. Probably when NVC received they didn't saw or have our I-130 approved by USCIS. That's my opinion maybe I'm wrong.

At what stage did teh embassy close your K3?

No, i said it before, i received letter with instructions. We didn't start anything with k3.

I wrote e-mail to Embassy to ask what to do because we're in the middle of CR-1 processing what to do next that we want to use K3. They explained me that since I-130 is approved and received by NVC, they can't proceed my K3.

The yellow triangle doesn't mean you cannot pay the IV bill. (03/25/14) I was able to pay the $230 IV payment seconds after I got the email that is similar to the email that you received. I clicked DS 260 ONLINE IMMIGRANT VISA AND ALIEN REGISTRATION APPLICATION on ceac and just like you was not happy to see the yellow triangle and cannot click the pay button. So, I logged out and and logged in right back to ceac and clicked FEE PAYMENT, I was able to pay, printed the receipt and IV cover sheet. Mailed the IV packet yesterday to NVC. I went back to DS 260 button, the yellow triangle was still there but it says IN PROCESS. And just this morning status is PAID with a green checkmark (2 days after payment) Now, I will be doing my DS 260. So, I guess there's a way to get around the yellow triangle then.

It's so true. My friends and family all want to be sympathetic and supportive, but they'll never truly "get it." It's wonderful to be part of a group that can really empathize with no explanations needed. Being able to talk to people about the visa process without it turning into a lesson on federal immigration law is awesome!

Yes, and without judging that you talk only about that, and explaining why it took so long, and how other people centuries ago issued there visas soon... What should i talk about when my life is on hold for over a year!!! I'm beneficiary, I'm moving. hard, hard, but the thing is that i didn't have a clue how this going that's additional shock that i survived... but end is near let's be super positive

I filed my 2013 taxes about 2 weeks ago by paper. I was wondering can I send my 2012 tax info with the AOS package since its before April 15th and then give them the 2013 transcript at the interview? Or should I just wait until my 2013 taxes is completed then send the AOS package?

I wrote that couple a days ago, in our AOS package my husband put w7 and 1040 some form that you use for taxes, because also it was not ready yet.

No they send me post mail with instructions, as i told you before, that's why i was waiting for the letter.

Yes we paid 88 dollars, but what is 88 dollars compering to be as soon as possible with my honey !!!
