I'm not eligible for citizenship yet. I'm a GC holder's spouse 🙂 But I sure will as soon as the time comes to forget about this experience for good 🙂

I don't really care whether its 6 months or 1 year as long as it's approved at the end of the day.

I went to the local office (Chicago) today to get my extension stamp. The extension was granted just for 6 months. Hopefully, we will all be over it within this time frame.

it seems it does not work in some, i share the info to a friend and it did not show the ioe info, it says "No data available in table". i double check his id and its correct, not sure why, because on my case i was able to retrieved successfully.

That might mean that your friend is about to receive his green card in the mail. Anyway, don't sweat too much about the physical green card, now it's taking up to 120 days to get it. I know that not everyone is satisfied with the admission stamp in the passport, but still, you can get your ssn or driver's license without any problem.

Guys, there's an easier way to find out your IOE number. After paying the fee you've got an email with Agency Tracking ID.

Just replace final x-portion of the link below with the Agency Tracking ID information and a page with your IOE number will open.

They are scheduling interview for this week, but if you see your date isn´t current, it means you need wait next month, maybe will be you turn.

I'm not really sure about it. It looks like they haven't started scheduling interviews for July yet. I specifically asked about it and the representative confirmed they haven't, and pointed out for some reason about the visa number which is, of course, unavailable for me in June. Sometimes their answers are really confusing.

I-864ez gets more checklists because it has some flaws: some check boxes you mark on the computer turn out to be unchecked when the form is printed out. Just make sure you go through it after printing it out and ckeck all the check boxes, which are to be checked, with a pen. Use this form if you qualify, it's shorter and easier than the basic form.
