just wondering how and where the tranfer of cases to CSC works? I am not sure if any1 from NY has been transfered to CSC. Is this decision of the chicago office/MSC?

Curious to know on what basis is this set up

u didnt miss netin its just the form for the change of address its only required if you move from your current address in the US

Hi stina,

on my AR-11 i chkd others and wrote K1/AOS pending it was well outside the box but yeah one can read it

i put my I-94 expiry date after 2 weeks i call the 1 800 # and she asked me for my receipt nos and got my address changed in the system.

I recieved a letter confirming from lee summit after 1 week on my new address

I recd a letter from VSC for the change of address

Also today i called the Customer service and they also took the info and gave a confirmation # and said if i dont recieve a letter from USCIS within 30 days i can call back and check

Hi All,

I had an interview today in NJ, they want me ASAP starting from Monday

I told them i do not hv an EAD yet n it mght take a couple of weeks be4 i get 1. .?

neways they are not offering me ne grt pkg but 36K to start with..but can grow within..

Now can i volunteer to wrk till i get my EAD card for free or shld i ask them to compemsate at a later date aftr EAD? or least they pay me the transit pass?

Hi All,

Just hvng a issue whether to renew my Norton antivirus which exprd on 1 Aug on my new ntbk..

This is costing like $40 odd... so was keen to know any good antivirus which is for free..

I tried the avast antivirus and my comp happnd to be slow so i removed the stuff

any suggestions or links are welcome

On my AR-11 I put Adjustment pending.... make sure you also send a copy of your AR-11 with a cover letter to your old local office and your new local office..... as the AR-11 will not update your address on pending cases.... also your sponsor will need to file I-865 if they are moving too...

I think i shld also send it to Chicago Lockbox facility as my case is with them

2> KY & I - 865 along with the copy of AR-11 to Vermout Servise Center.

Do you think I should also send to Local Garden City Office in New York?

Also, I hv Question on AR-11 ..(If not a Permanent Resident my stay in US expires on - Should i put my <a> 1- 94 Expiry Date. <b> K1 Visa Expiry Date? )
