Hello. I am the beneficiary in a K1 Visa. When I went to my medical exam, the physician was the one who told me what vaccines I will be given / need. My medical exam took 3 days in total - 1st day were all about x-ray, eye exam, pregnancy test and physical exam, etc. Second day, I had to go back for my vaccine - I had MMR vaccine. Tdap vaccine was not available on that day so I had to come back a month after to get my Tdap vaccine because I don't want to be paying that immunization in the US when I have to adjust my status.

Hi guys! My package was delivered to the USCIS California Service Center on Feb. 3rd. I checked our checking account online and it shows that check payment for the application fee and biometrics was cashed today, Feb. 7th. In the description of the transaction, its says "CSC FIELD OFFICE PAYMENT" is it safe to assume CSC stands for California Service Center? I just thought I would see a more detailed description like I-751 Application Fee Payment or something of the like. Thoughts?

I met my ex-fiance (lol) now husband on a Blackberry Support forum. I was having a problem with my Blackberry and posted a question on how to solve the issue, then he was the first who answered my question and it solved my problem Since then we talked all the time and started caring for each other... then we decided to meet in person... and now here we are 4 months married and loving it! All possible because of God, all glory to Him!

What do I need to take with me to the Civil Surgeon? Vaccine records, DS 3025 and the CD from St. Luke's?
