anuspras got a reaction from Ketsuban in please help Petitionars email hacked and sent scam email to visa farud section in islamabad
Trust me you have brought 'DISGRACE' to the fiancé/spouse visa category. It breaks my heart when I think of the millions of genuine couples separated from their loved ones, slogging it out with USCIS, NVC and CONSULATE for almost a year seeking family reunion, and here we have a person who has made a complete MOCKERY of the legal immigration system, and still continues to be SHAMELESS to ask for help despite his spouse blatantly posting about his vicious ways of using her for financial and immigration benefit. Sorry to say this 'I REALLY WISH YOUR VISA IS DENIED'.
I would really appreciate if the moderator blocks this thread. It surely will save people a lot of their precious time!!!

No buddy you got it wrong in Part 5. I'll summarize how you need to fill the questions under PART 5 so that you understand better.
Part 5 for petitioner
Item 1 - Enter 1
Item 2 - If you don't automatically see a 1 there by default, then you have the option of typing 1 or either manually entering 1 there with a pen.
Item 3 - 0 (You SHOULD NOT enter 1 here)
Items 4 to 7 - 0
Item 8 - 2
Part 5 for joint sponsor will differ based on the number of dependents. If you can let me know his family details then I can help you with the break up for the joint sponsors form

Yes you understood it correct... Both the petitioner and joint sponsor 'SHOULD CHECK YES' for part 3. The petitioner checks YES because he/she is the primary sponsor and the joint sponsor checks YES because technically he'll be sponsoring your wife. Also please don't forget to write '1' under PART 3, ITEM 7 of both the petitioner and joint sponsor's 864 forms. Hope this helps.....

Hi guyss,
I just got a checklist from NVC. IV scan date 9/23... they are asking me to send proof of financial evidence, specifically asking for a checking/savings account? Has anyone else gotten this?
Super bummed.

anuspras reacted to HK12 in jobs in the US after moving ?!
I have not had any problems with diplomas. University degrees nowadays are pretty much the same between Germany and the U.S., and for all other degrees I just found appropriate translations describing what kind of degree it was.
I started applying as soon as I had my EAD in hands and did not have any problems finding a job (probably depends on where you live and what your qualifications are, though). I think I sent about 10 applications, got two interviews, and got offers for both jobs that I was interviewed for. I am now working at a tax accountant firm, managing the office and processing tax returns.

If the document is from Guatemala (RENAP), I think the embassy expects it should be issued within six months of the interview, documents issued outside of Guatemala (i.e. U.S. and maybe Argentina) that were issued more than 6 months from the interview shouldn't be a problem - at least that was my experience.
