I met my husband on vacation in Negril, Jamaica in April 2011. We got married on February 19th, 2012 and filed for for our I130 in December, 2012. We had the interview in Kingston on November 26, 2013 and were approved. My husband arrived in the US on December 23rd, 2013 and we couldn't be happier!
When you got the issued did it say final processing or did it say that your visa was printed. That's why we got ours in 2 days because it said our visa was printed.
Go back to page 10 and look at the difference in wording from what I posted and what sureshot53 wrote and that probably why you didn't get it in 2 days. I notice that.
