I don't think they have any system to say which dates are they working on..most operators don't even tell you that but I think few use their guesswork.

There is no reason they tell you, it could be simply because they subject people with certain names which is frankly an awful practice in this age of technology.
This process is very inhumane to say the least. If you want to do AP than sure start on it when we file application and it can run in the background but their process freezes the whole application. My case was F2A and my priority dates have retrogressed now. Luckily I became citizen otherwise I was sure to loose the window that got opened in F2A category. Still I am dealing with much slower NVC which was much faster 6 months back.

I have seen even 1 month approval for I-130 recently and think these have pulled down NVC and I guess it will keep even slower.
My document always shows N/A and my case is not even complete yet

You are better than many lawyers! When I asked my lawyer to give me the list of what documents I need to prepare for NVC, he had no list. I guess he didn't wanted to refer me to Saylin's wiki for personal pride

Its a little tricky, go to your profile. You won't see signature. Pressed edit profile than you will see signature and simply add the info you want to add.
If you send tax transcripts than you don't have to send tax returns. For 2013 if you don't have tax transcripts yet than you should send tax return. This is what I did. You download tax transcripts from IRS website right away.

as of today, 26 June! My last scanned document was 27 May. I knew to call because AOS fee changed to N/A.
She said they are still scheduling for August and that we are in the queue! woohoo! so excited!

I'm guessing that because the lawyer was still listed on your case when it arrived at NVC, that's why both fees were automatically invoiced together, hence no DS-261 was needed.
As long as the IV fee is invoiced, then you should have no issues. No need to worry about it.

Yes, that was the case. I was confused when they told me I didn't have to fill out DS 261. I had let go my lawyer go after he made mistakes in my i-130 but they still had him on record. They just removed him on phone on my request. I have tried to be very quick and I don't want to get checklist and I am still worried about checklist since I got it at I-130 due to lawyer mistake. I want my wife here soon!

20 calendar days since my stuff was 'scanned,' and not even a false checklist. Gosh, I'm seriously praying that by some miracle, a false or true checklist won't be needed(since both the iv and as were mailed at the same Time...)

So looks like you are waiting for final approval for about 4 months since your I-130 was approved in June. I don't know how long does it take after noa2, I would like to know as wel. Does anyone have any idea?

Good question, I would like to know that as well. Does anyone know how long does it take once I-130 is approved for spouse to come to US? Assume priority date stays current for most of us.
