I was about to pay the fees online and noticed:

If you are a U.S. citizen with petitions for your unmarried son(s), unmarried daughter(s), and/or parent(s) also in process at the National Visa Center, you only need to submit one AOS Fee for this case and all Related Cases. 

Do i need to pay for both my parents or just one fee for both application.

Appreciate any feedback.

Hello, 

I received my mom and dad's approval letter and I noticed they have wrong middle name for my mother. NOA1 did not have any middle name on the latter but they used my father's middle name for my mother's middle name on approval letter. What are my option to correct this? I checked the I130 form and I had it filled correctly (I still have the copy). Will they send this to NVC and whom should i contact to correct this? Any help will be appreciated.

And also, the case is not updated on their website...not sure if i should be concerned since i have the approval letter.

Hello everyone, I have filed for my parent's I-130 in July of 2017 but have not received NOA2 yet. I have visited local immigration office and submitted online inquires for past 4-5 months but every time i receive same response. 

For past 6 months i have been getting same message:

Not sure what is my next option?? Any help will be appreciated.

Her "Resident Since" date is April 23rd 2014 So I guess today will be the day if  i take away 90 days from it.

sent I-751 on Jan 26th. Still haven't received the NOA. They just processed the check today. CSC

It's six week going for my wife, still waiting for ss. We have been to SSA office twice and been told wait 2 more weeks because her file is still getting verified by DHS. Just received a message today that my wife's green card is produced and its on its way, finally a ray of hope. Hang in there.

I was stuck up in the same situation.I arrived on K1 visa and I applied for SSN 4 weeks after arrival.I didn't received my SSN till 8 weeks and my I-94 expired.I had no option but to wait for my status change and then apply for SSN again.But yes we did contacted local congressmen to find out what caused the delay.In our case the guys at the office were not aware that SSN could be issued on K1 visa.They issued a denial letter mentioning that the SSN can't be issued at this time till the status change.

Well that's the problem, my wife has CR1 visa, I don't know what's the hold up. I went to SSA office again and lady said she forwarded my case to her manager and I should receive it within 2 weeks

It's been close to 3 weeks we applied for my wife's social security card and it still hasn't come in mail yet. Is anyone else in the same situation? My wife has CR1 visa. I called today SS office and they told me to wait 6 weeks, and if we don't get it then call DHS. Does it really take them this long to get DHS verification? Any feedback will be appreciated.

Wish that was true, but for immigration vaccinations are required, and even though one could file a I-601 exemption based on moral or religious grounds, they are all denied AFTER they collect your payment with the form...

Well you always have choice of staying where ever you are so you don't have to take this vaccines. And if you want to move here in US then you will have to follow the law, it's that simple.

Maybe you should research the health hazards of mercury and aluminum separately and just forget about concentrating on autism and vaccine connections..

Saying vaccines are safe cause they don't cause autism is really ignoring the serious health consequences of injecting toxic mercury and aluminum into your body just to name a few of the poisons concoctions a shot includes.

We e-filed our 2013 Federal income tax the first week of March 2014, have received our refund. I ordered the 2013 tax transcript the first week of April 2014, and received it last week. YMMV
