  1. I'd say a five year relationship before she got here on a K-1 was hardly breezing through the process.

What he and his new wife is going through is hardly something unheard of in the Fil/Am community, in fact its pretty darn common. If you understood Filipino culture, you'd understand where the problem is coming from, much as slowlyman does.

    Hey Caryh,

I See thanks for the explanation !

    Regards,

    TA

  2. Based on my small loose sampling, this seems more common when folks breeze through the process easily.

You are right Gowon, The real folks.. get the tough time ! the one who easily passes through the process ! ABUSE IT ! why do America don't see this ?

We Can't pray Hurricans or Tsumani in Beneficiary countries..but USCIS please open your eyes !

    Thanks

  3. I am sorry My friend ... It is just a waste of resource, time and money of USCIS and also for others who really want to be together in their lives ! and ...things like this distract the USCIS and other agencies they put more check and balance in Visa process... just like this case we see here, USCIS will use it as excuse to put pressure on the K1 visa now ..

  4. Hi guys I just got update from uscis that

On déc 27 2013 we shipped approve application to département of state for visa procession please contact to département of state directly for more information.

    Hello Mrs Adnan,

  5. @TA:

NSC is processing I-130 for IR-1/CR-1.

Here is the main thread on NSC: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/470690-nebraska-service-center/

You also might wanna check this: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/470656-monthly-transfer-spreadsheets-in-order/; these spreadsheets have information on applications transferred to the 3 service centers (CSC/NSC/TSC).

One person just approved today at NSC: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/454000-i-130-march-2013-filers-nbc/page-268; check post 4009 on this page.

    Good luck.

    Good Day Naam,

Thanks for the links :) , they are useful

    Thanks

    TA

I was transfered to NSC on 21 nov and approved by them on 12 dec so yes they are doing them.

    Hello Amess,

Your post gave me some satisfaction, I hope ours gets approved ASAP ! iA

    Thanks

    TA

We were transferred to Nebraska and looking at IR1 so yes, to help with the backlog, cr1/ir1 are being sent to Nebraska as well as other service centers. :-)

    Hey Angeldaemon13,

So they started sending to Nebraska, :) ... Good Luck there !

    Thanks

    TA

  6. They're doing them, they're just SLOW. I got transferred there almost 2 months ago and haven't heard anything. Have you looked at the spreadsheets?

I can't currently get to the USCIS's case processing pages, but as of yesterday, they said all service centers were processing Feb. 13, 2013 applications. This is obviously a vast improvement, as last month's processing date was Feb. 12, 2013.

If you're interested, I have the volume and trend charts that were posted last week saved to my FB account. And I'll be adding them to our US Citizen's I130 Petitioner Committee group on FB shortly.

In the meantime, what's your transfer date? Priority date? I'll add you to the appropriate spreadsheet so we can keep track of what they're doing.

    Good Day Kaylara,

My time line dates are given below

    Marriage (if applicable): 2013-02-15
    I-130 Sent : 2013-05-29
    I-130 NOA1 : 2013-06-03
    Case Transferred(NSC) 2013-12-17
