Your cousin's decision to marry Person A is HERS and HERS ALONE - You have NO say in who she marries , for WHAT reasons, what kind of family  etc - NONE -

Reporting Person A yourself with no consideration to the fact that it is your cousin's decision , not yours,  will accomplish nothing - You will go from being a person of trust to being a petty anonymous tipper grasping at the faint straws of some hearsay information with no proof. You will not get any medals for morality - On the contrary - you will have betrayed trust in confidence.

it will ensure that you will forever lose the respect, trust and love of your cousin for playing judge, witness and executioner in her life.

I am a big advocate for legal immigration -  I absolutely despise people that are so willing to find flaws that they will grasp at anything to feel entitled to a judgment call.

Person A, if true, will carry the moral burden of their actions - Your cousin, based on her decision, will carry it as well - YOU have no role in any of this.

I am not an immigration specialist / lawyer.

True! Lets see if this deepfineleg person will heed those admonitions to not report and leave it to the discretion of the parties involved. He/She was quick to agree with those who say report but then again, you got to ascertain the story in entirety before arrogating such responsibilities to yourself. IMHO, it's her and only her call to report or not.

Thanks. I only asked because they ask two or three questions earlier on the same page if my ex spouse is US citizen. I was thrown off due to that fact.

Miss Tams - you are giving out incorrect information.
First, derivative beneficiaries are not allowed when a USC petitions a parent. The OP would not have gotten any benefits based in the petition for the mother.
Second, all your options ignores the fact that his LPR mother can file both the I-130 and I-485 to adjust his status.

Ignore everything Miss Tams posted - it's all wrong.1. Yes. Your mother can file the I-130 and I-485 to adjust your status in the F2a category. They will not be rejected if you file them together since the PD for the F2a category will all be current on August 1, 2013.
    2. Do not file until Aug. 1 when the August 2013 Visa Bulletin becomes effective. DO NOT FILE BEFORE AUGUST 1, 2013.
    3. File both in August. Do not send anything in July.
    4. Do not worry about turning age 21 in January 2014. As long as your mother files in Aug 2013 when your PD is current, then your age will freeze at 20 for immigration purposes relating to your AOS.
