On page 7 there's only one spot for a child and if I need additional room it says to go to the back page to write down the children's names I'm just confused on what part to put it on on the last page
Can put additional information on part 8 (page 13). There's enough space in there.

Just bring all 3. Best to come in very prepared in case they ask for it.

Question about Part 1 questions:
Information About Your Parents:
31.a.
31.b.
36.a.
36.b.
Both parents died, what answer to put -- Still put their information. That's what I did. (my father is deceased)
Part 1 question about Name of Previous Spouse:
38.a. Should I put her maiden name or name while she was married to me.
Whatever name she used while married to you.

It depends. Some consulates are very strict with co-sponsors, some don't accept them at all. Where is your fiance from?

I had 2 numbers to be tracked but one of them shows as invalid. The other says that they received my case but it has not been updated. I’ll check it next week. Did u get your green card already?

if you were originally processed by csc, then moved, filed change of address .. do they transfer your file to another service center? I recently moved from california to georgia

Good luck to us! I can't wait for this whole immigration process to be over either.

All you listed are good but they would never ask for certificate of employment. Just make sure you take note of employment dates and employer info so that you would have a strong resume. They probably wont even care to call your former employers since they are not in the US, so your work experience would have to stand on its own. Lots of job openings for customer service here though, especially in LA. I had a lot of luck finding jobs there but it was too far from my house. Good luck

I have a Bachelors degree in the Philippines. Didn't mean whack when I was applying. They kinda take it into consideration but what matters is your experience. Also, they prefer if you had American education. Not saying this is for all companies/institutions, but it was true for the ones I applied to.

Thanks for the input. We did book with this airline and at the moment I'm disappointed. They are seating my husband and I separately... Customer service said they would call back but no call. Guess I have to wait until Monday to get the final verdict.

Thanks everyone!

Can anyone give a feedback about this airline? I was looking at ticket prices and this seems to be about $200ish less than others.

Is there a regular schedule for when the following month's dates are opened?
No. They do it randomly. Keep this thread alive so that you guys can help each other out in monitoring the calendar.

Hi,
We have done all our documents and ready to mail it. Do we have to mail it through USPS ? or we could use like Fedex and UPS ?
Thanks
You can use any of those courier services.
I think anything should work...i am going to do USPS
Have you put N/A or none where items are not applicable on I-129F form? or you kept blank spaces?
Instructions say leave them blank. However, it's a non-issue if you put N/A (like I did). However, I suggest to just follow the instructions and leave them blank.

I-134 (Affidavit of Support)
This is based on the Embassy website instructions found here: http://santodomingo.usembassy.gov/k1-k2_instructions.html
-
It's a non issue. No, you won't get an RFE if you wrote N/A instead of leaving it blank. (I wrote N/A on mine, along with plenty other people and had no issues. I wrote N/A on mine because I don't like leaving blank spaces.)
I suggest to just follow the instructions though. They can't give you an RFE for following instructions.

Thank you all for the responses on my queries. It was really helpful.
We got our K1 Visa in hand now and our flight is 21st Feb 2016.
Congrats and safe travels!

It could take up to two weeks so the papers should arrive any day now. You're not the only one going through this. This person has a similar experience:

When do you have to file DS-160 online ?
Thanks
Anytime before your interview appointment
Your instructions will start on page 4 for K1

Out of curiosity, how do you access the calendar without paying, We are extremely close to the scheduling stage, and want to see the next available date, but don't have the MNL yet, or want to pay the fee just yet. When we navigate through cgifederal it doesn't display a calendar, it continually prompts for payment.
We have a GUZ not an MNL, MNL is just the Manila prefix, China has GUZ for Guangzhou
I know that. Just your previous post confused me.

Since both your EAD and AP was approved, just wait for the combo card to come in the mail. Keep checking your receipt number on USCIS, it should show the tracking number for your card delivery.

March 2017 filer here. File was sent from CSC to Georgia on 06/27/2018. Georgia confirmed receipt of files 07/06/2018
Got a notice it was approved 11/20/2018. Got my card today 11/28/2018. All in all, took 20 months (no RFE)
Hang in there everyone. They're finally getting to our batch.
