I JUST GOT MY CASE NUMBER!!!! AH! I'm just so excited! The lady was soooo nice, gave me all the numbers, IIN, BIN, the whole shabam!!! Off to OPTIN now!

Oh and to update incase anyone is around my time frame and calling... I got my NOA2 from CSC on Dec 4, arrived at NVC on Dec 16. Case number generated today (I've been calling every day)

I just called NVC this is the 4th time today and they said that they received my case how ever it will take 10 to 20 business day to get a case number.. WEEEEEE I'm so happy!!!! my case is finally moving!!!

Its been one month today since I received the hard copy of NOA2, still the NVC doesn't have my case in their system. Its getting harder again. Waiting is really hard. Specially if you miss your husband very much.. Help me pray.. please.. :'(

Im just estimating the time frame from receving case number to have an intervie date but i know every cases are different so that its hard to predict or estimate

Mine was transferred to NVC dec 9, my case is still not in the system.

Hi Saylin, can I ask about the police record. My husband work in madagascar. he's contact here is 5 months. after five months he will come home in the Philippines and renew his contract for another 5 months. Does he need to get a police clearance from madagascar.

You can both do it but choose the petitioner as the choice of agent if you don't have an attorney and just put both of your email addresses for the updates.

Im on the same boat. case was transferred to NVC on Dec 5th, No luck yet.. Im really hoping they will give me a case number and all the numbers I will need early next year.. Im crossing my fingers tight.

My NOA2 date was 11/25/13 and today I received my case number so little over one month is normal, keep calling them

Approved last Dec 5. Called NVC last Dec 12 asked if they receive our case but they said we should wait up to 30 days. My hubby called last Dec 24 and they said they received it last dec 16. Without any notifications thru mail...

mine got approved dec 5th also. NVC said they didn't receive it yet.

I just called the NVC and the rep told me that it takes 8 weeks for the file to be transferred to them. Is this true? Who else do I need to call to get this process moving. The NOA 2 was approved for my husbands I-130 on Dec 23... Any suggestions would greatly help.

My case was approved on dec 5 NVC still doesn't have a record that they receive it.

Hi December NVC filers.. USCIS mailed my package to NVC on dec the 9. Its not there yet. Wew! Im getting impatient again. waiting is the hardest part of the process..

Hi December NVC filers. My case got transferred from USCIS to NVC on Dec 9, I called last friday and they didnt get it yet. my question is, my husband work in Madagascar. I read the requirement for every country and it said there that police clearance is available for those that are born there and those that resided there. My husband work there, He's contract is every 5 months.. After 5 months he will go back to the philippines and then after 1 month he will go back to madagascar for another contract. basically he was there for 1 year and 5 months. Does NVC will ask police clearance from there? Please help. Thank you.

Called NVC yesterday, Still No case number, NVC rep said they will only be closed Christmas Day. I will be calling back Monday for sure!!!

Hello:-) we got approved dec. 9 and received NOA2 on dec 13..and that's the date our case transferred in NVC too...

call them after 1 week. So you will know immediately when they receive your case.

i called yesterday.. NVC doesn't have my case yet .

Hey Guys - I'm close to these dates. We were approved on Dec 4, never got an email notice of it being shipped out. NVC rec. our paperwork on Dec 16, currently waiting for our case number.

wow, I was approve dec 5 i receive an email from USCIs on dec 9 that my case was shipped to NVC. I will call again tonight I hope I will have a good news .. please keep us posted

I was approved 12/6 and transferred to NVC- 12/12 received hard copy of NOA2 from USCIS office in Neb. have not received case# or INN# as of yet.

Will call again tomorrow before they shut down for the holidays. Hope we all hear something soon! Need some Christmas Cheering Up ,it's been 9 long months

since I've seen my wife and started this crazy process.

Oh I feel you.. It will be our second anniversary on the 21st.. and this is the first christmas we are not together.. i am really hoping He will be here for valentine day.. I miss my husband very much.. I called today, they did not receive it yet. I will call again tomorrow and I will keep you all posted.
