I receive an email that, my case is completed how ever the beneficiary needs to bring the 1040 and all documents for supporting papers last friday. Is that the "complete email already?"

My joint sponsors I-864 section 6 income also doesn't match in 13.a.1....they said it needs to match Line 22 from the 1040. We have to bring the corrected form to the interview.

Well good news is you still have case complete and the NVC is having you fix for interview. Without knowing the issue I or others can't help. Have you posted in the NVC Filers thread.

I mean what is the issue? Have you called NVC? Is it the amount? On the 864EZ its very specific and its your adjusted gross not whats on your W2.

Yes they said my income doesn't match. Do you know what line it is in the 1040?

Really?!?!? So Saylin can say whatever she wants to say to me and other members can call me names and I am the one that is wrong and will be banned? You all clearly have some issues that you have to deal with. While I appreciate what Saylin and Dwheels do for VJ; it is totally unacceptable to be disrespected and lied on. I am not a butt-kisser and you all clearly have some control issues.

I think when you step on her shoes then you understand her part.. She just shows that she gets tired too. I know that you have a question, but it is your part to do some research as well.. Good morning people. I would like to ask if any one knows about my situation? My husband renew his passport so I think The passport number will change. I would like him to do the early medical but the passport he have now is the old one which already has holes because of the renewal how ever it is not going to expire until Dec 2014. Do you think He can still use that for his medical? Thanks a bunch. The medical will be at St Lukes Philippines. Please help

UPDATE with my case: March 19, IV package was reviewed and approved (via phone). YEHEY! just waiting for my AOS to be approved. Hopefully by next week I will have a CASE COMPLETE.. keeping my fingers crossed.

i received this checklist . i have sent all the documents last week, but i just received the following check list. is it a false check list. Please help i am little worried,

The NVC has received the requested Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230). However, we are still

waiting for the response to the checklist letter for the Affidavit of Support (Form I-864). Please return

the requested information so that we may complete the processing of your case.

When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this

letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar

code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the

address provided.

I receive the same letter. I called NVC and they told me disregard it.

Please help to answer. I was born in the Philippines and moved to Bangkok in 1990. I am now a Thai citizen for 15 yrs. So my Police clearance certificate will be released in 3 weeks. will I need also a PCC from the Philippines?

And also on my DS-260 previous address since I was 16 yrs old. I put there the year I was born until 1989. will there be a problem there or should I call NVC to have it change?

you should get a PCC if you lived in the Philippines 2 years or more after you turned 16 y/o if you move to Bangkok before you turned 16 you dont have to get PCC.
