hmm.. mine is like that on the first page. I have 2 pages and on the second page it says what I need to do.

I thought about that too, but would they send the checklist to beneficiary? I would think they would be sending checklists to me, the petitioner.

I think that will be the P4 letter.

Please Help.. I received a checklist regarding my AOS. "Income indicated on the I-864EZ Part 19 does not correspond to that shown on the most recent tax return and W-2(s). What should you put in there? I put the " wages, salaries, tips, etc" is that in correct?? what should I put there?

^^I just rec'vd that from NVC,

I mailed the AOS package out on 1/31

I mailed the IV package out on 2/10

I completed the DS-260 & submit it on 2/11

Maybe it's a false checklist??

What do you guys think?

There should be more in there.. I got the same email, but at the end there will be General Instructions.

We're on the same boat and my husband already filed ITR2013 which he filed single . But he already amend his status from single to MFJ.. The preparer was the one who put MFJ . My husband insist that we need ITIN but the preparer told him that he just only need my signature .. Better to call IRS then

Case Update: DS-260 available and filled up. IV package sent. prepared to wait for 30 days review. I am claming in God's name that we will not have a checklist.. Good luck everyone!

The ds-230 is no longer used. The ds-260 is used by everyone and you must put any names you've ever legally used under "other names used." Fyi visa comes in passport name and green card comes in visa name.

Hi Saylin, can you please help me with my question regarding the DS230? under the spouse information. do I need to put in my surname when I am still single? or I need to put in my current last name right now which is my married name.

Congrats. I filed DS-261 on Jan.30 and my AOS package received by NVC on Feb.3. Still waiting for IV processing fee invoice :-(

Case update: Just received an email from NVC to pay the IV fee. wooohhooo at last!!!! thank you lord!!!

how did you find out NVC inputed your AOS into their system on Feb 18? I also mailed mine on the 12th and they signed for it the 13th...

Did you call and ask about the IV bill? The two reps I spoke to when mine wasn't showing up both said 5-10 business days from when the ds261 is accepted.

yeah. One representative told me that maybe on the thirteen they received it in the building but not in their system yet. Whats in their system is they received it on feb 18.

I receive email first before i was able to log on. I waited 5 days after i got my invoice and case number

AOS was paid Feb 12, NVC received my package feb 13, it was entered on their system feb 18, The IV bill is still not available until now!!!! Some people get theirs after 4 days or with in a week. Oh Lord! Its Feb 24... Its really frustrating!!!!! but i know i cannot do anything but to wait... and wait.. and wait... and wait.. and waittttttttttttttt.... sorry guys, i know we are all experiencing this. but this makes me really depressed..

hi Saylin, I have a quick question about my husband police clearance in Saudi arabia. He lived there for two years to work but on the travelstate.gov site, you cannot have one if you are not living there. you think i am going to have problem with this? Thanks a bunch. Submitted my stepson's DS-260, and even though I have not not received the confirmation email for my wife's DS-261, her IV fee bill is now available to pay (though there's no amount)

Thank you Saylin. they already get the money from my bank. It was posted in my account that 88 dollars was paid already. and they already took the fund as well. So i guess It will be safe for me to send my package tomorrow. Wooohhooooo!!

Good day guys!, I read from Saylin's post 1 & 2 that some send their AOS package after the payment is posted on their banks however the status from the ceac website is still "processing". Anyone did this before? I am planing to to this but I want to get advice to those that did this first. Thank you.
