I sent the police certificate. It's like 330 pesos.. And the hubby didn't have any problems getting it took less than 20 mins to get it... On the nvc website http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/fees/reciprocity-by-country/DR.html
It states you should be sending it with the IV package. Play it safe n just send it if u can

I been so sensitive lately I think I'm going to cry but tears of joy this time!!! I just received an email from Texas stating the following
"Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity
On January 24, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. "
Please tell me I read this correct??? It says approved!!!

Hey I just got married in DR in may... I was born in USA so I needed my orignial birth certificate , translation and the apostille.... A copy of your passport... Single statement.... I think my hubby just needed a copy of his cedula n as the same for the witnesses since they were born in DR.... Check out this link i list the documents needed... and for the translation and statement we went to some lawyer that charged a reasonable price....

Sorry you are going through this... But at this point it is clear that he want nothing to do with you... I say give it sometime where you both can understand you faults, one more then the other, cause you as a women/his wife did your job, you stood by him, and treated him as one should, but that didn't help. I guess you should let the ball run, until it stops. Eventually he will admit to his bad doing, and have the courage to apologize to what he has caused you. You mention you filed a complain againsit him was that for his Citizenship? Or the green card? Sucks to hear this type of stories after a 10year GC has been issued.
