I wanted to share my experience to all of you, because this thread helped me a lot!
I filed my N-400 application online on August 11, 2017.  
September 7, 2017- Biometrics
December 13, 2017- Test & Interview
 
The IO who interviewed me for my 1st green card was the same officer who interviewed me yesterday. He is nice and professional. He asked me 6 questions which I was able to provide the correct answers. Thus, he did not ask me the 7th-10th questions anymore. He asked me to write 1 English sentence that he dictated. He also asked me to read 1 English sentence. The interview took about 45 minutes.
 
I told him that my I-751 is still in pending. He said, "that's weird". Then, he checked in their system, and said, "I will approve it now".

Thank you for the reply. I received my IOE just now. You are right..mine took 7hours
 
 

There can be a delay of 24-48 hours for notices to be uploaded onto your account.  I filed mine on a Friday and didn't get the receipt notice showing online until Monday morning.

I believe you don't fill out those forms yourself. Take them to your medical appointment and give them to the doctor to fill.

Better make a photocopy of your passport... They will undoubtedly ask for one.

Sukie is correct. a 221g and just a request for additonal infomation which in this case was her police certifacte. Once they get the police certifacte they will issue her the Visa. Congrats....

221g is not a denial.
It's an "your visa is on hold until you produce the required documentation" paper.
