My parents came to US in January 2020 with green card and they have SSN's but never filed US tax, are they eligible for stimulus check? if yes how we can apply/get it? Thanks

You dont have to create any account for IR5. Once petition is approved USCIS will send approved petition to NVC and then NVC will contact you for next step. 

If all documents are accepted then you must have received email for being documentarily qualified and waiting for interview letter. For Pakistan interview letter can take upto a month and for my parents case it took 2 weeks. You are saying all steps completed in December 2018 then there must be something wrong. Please also check messages once you login to https://ceac.state.gov/IV.

Congratulations, During interview she was asked about health insurance ?  

My parents IR-5 interview will be on  22 November, Should we consider getting health insurance before interview ?? Presidential Proclamation on Health Care is blocked by judge for 28 days.  Please advise. Thanks

I had same situation, I received IL only for my mother initially but after 14 hours I received for my father for same time and date.

I petitioned for my parents and got DQ on Oct 16, today I received interview letter ( Islamabad embassy Pakistan)for my mother only and status changed to "IN Transit" and my father status still shows "At NVC". Is it normal to have two separate interview? Should I call NVC or embassy to ask for same day interview??

Just signed the Urdu one that time but you can translate it by yourself and get it notarized. 

You need 1) Urdu Nikkah Namma 2) English Translation of Urdu 3) Nadra marriage certificate 

"For U.S. immigration purposes, Pakistani Muslim applicants must present both an original, signed Nikah Nama (with its English translation) and a NADRA-issued marriage registration certificate. Note that while both documents reflect similar information, each on its own does not constitute sufficient proof of marriage."

I hv seen few people whose docs reviewd abd accepted in very few days and even their submission date is after that they arr reviewing now.. Depends on the beneficiary country may be...we are before you .. Sep 10 we submitted ours but nothing yet..

Hi, you can use NADRA issued nikkah namma, it’s one page document and covers both Urdu and English. I submitted same to USCIS for my parents I-130 and now Waiting for NVC to approve documents. 

Thanks all, I paid one AOS fee regardless of two different case numbers.

 I am petitioner and I left blank when asked beneficiary (my mother) other names. 

While preparing document for NVC I realized that I forget to mention my mothers maiden name on I-130 petition and just used her current name. Petition is approved and now I am at NVC stage and I will mention her maiden name as well on visa documents, Will this affect process ? and how can I correct this?

My petition for parents was approved and now I am waiting for case numbers from NVC, I have question that I have to pay one AOS fee $120 for both  parents or have to pay separate $120 for mom and $120 for dad?

Yesterday I received case number just for my mother and still no case number for my father yet (yes called NVC and confirmed), is this normal because they received both petition at same time?? one more question regarding AOS, there should be one $120 fee to cover both cases or I have to pay separate AOS fee ?

Thanks. I dont have case number yet and it was sent on 06/11 not on 05/11. It took more than month to send it to NVC.

MY USCIS online case status still shows petition received but actually it was approved on 05/06 and was waiting when they will send my case to NVC.  But today I called USCIS and automated process says case was sent to NVC on 05/11. USCIS automated call status is up to date.
