    Hi

just got I130 approved today. tried to make an account on https://ceac.state.gov. But it’s saying wrong date of birth but I confirmed that I was entering the accurate date of birth. Is it because the case has not been forwarded to NVC yet.
What are the documents requirements for NVC. I would ask my parents to collect as much as they can. TIA

You dont have to create any account for IR5. Once petition is approved USCIS will send approved petition to NVC and then NVC will contact you for next step.

  3. You need 1) Urdu Nikkah Namma 2) English Translation of Urdu 3) Nadra marriage certificate

"For U.S. immigration purposes, Pakistani Muslim applicants must present both an original, signed Nikah Nama (with its English translation) and a NADRA-issued marriage registration certificate. Note that while both documents reflect similar information, each on its own does not constitute sufficient proof of marriage."

Hello i am at the NVC stage and i have to submit the Urdu nikanama and its English translation to Ceac but the problem is both the Urdu nikanama and its English translation papers are really large they are not normal size paper so it’s really hard to scan without cutting out parts of the page in the scan which they will reject has anyone went thru this problem? And if so i need suggestions what I should do so i can upload these documents the interview will be at Islamabad Pakistan embassy thank you

Hi, you can use NADRA issued nikkah namma, it’s one page document and covers both Urdu and English. I submitted same to USCIS for my parents I-130 and now Waiting for NVC to approve documents.

While preparing document for NVC I realized that I forget to mention my mothers maiden name on I-130 petition and just used her current name. Petition is approved and now I am at NVC stage and I will mention her maiden name as well on visa documents, Will this affect process ? and how can I correct this?

    Thanks

I am petitioner and I left blank when asked beneficiary (my mother) other names.
