has anyone here received an email regarding alien registration number changed, since receiving your noa1??

hi there, i got the same info when i checked online. but my fiance in the US haven't received NOA1 hard copy yet! what's happening? LOL! waiting waiting. it's been 6days now i guess since he received a text with receipt number and said they have mailed a notice something, but nothing comes in to his house yet. some got NOA1 hard copy in just few days after receiving text. LOL

6-6:30am should be okay (old DFA building). Your fiancee will be allowed to enter the building around 7am. Registration will start at 8am, they will be asked to return at 12:30pm. There will be a short video documentary at 1pm. The seminar will start at 2-5pm, one-on-one counselling will follow shortly (until 6-7pm).

I got the packet 3 by email on June 17 and honestly I haven't started yet with the forms. I chose to work on the on-going proof and so far I got exhausted to arrange the conversation, now I know how my fiancé felt when he prepared the Petition package, LOL.

While I'm busy with the visa thingy, I absolutely enjoy planning the Wedding, I think it's my entertainmant now, hahaha. Well, I got my dress few months ago, he got his suit two months ago, we got a photographer with a reasonable price, we got also a tailor to make our mothers' dresses, two headpieces for flower girls, atribut for the bestman and ring bearer, and we got our cake topper few days ago. We're still work on the maid of honor's body measurement and the flower girls' dresses.

How about yours? I'd love to know your journey on both

Wow! that's amazing! but I don't to start doing that thing unless I got my visa on my hands. Very excited though but the waiting time for me and my fiance is still a bit longer lol. Good luck!

Hi, I'm a newbie here.

Here is my story...

My Fiance(EJ) & I had been dating since 2009. But we broke up early of 2011 & I met a guy(LEE)& we've been dating for a few months until he got me pregnant. & when I told him about my pregnancy he told me straight to my face that he wasn't ready to settle down. He will just support our child. Then we parted ways.

...It was my 3rd month of pregnancy when EJ called me up asking me how I was & I told him everything (that I had a boyfriend after him, I got pregnant but Lee wasn't ready thats why we broke up)... EJ was said he was sad... But still wish me goodluck about my pregnancy after almost an hour of talking he said goodbye...

1 month had passed... Its was my fourth month of pregnancy... When EJ called me again he told me that he was deeply hurt after he learned that I was pregnant, he said he can't sleep at night because he's thinking of me after a month of sleepless night he realized that he still love me & told me he want me back he even wanna marry me. Even though I got pregnant with somebody else. He is willing to take the responsibility of being a father to my child... But I turned down his offer because I felt that time It wasn't right... It's so not fair to him... It's like I'm being dishonest to him even though we're not together anymore when I got pregnant... But he said will do whatever it takes to win me back. (believed me I still love him too)... But it's just sooo not fair to him... After a months of pursuing me I finally gave in. We got back together on my 7th months of pregnancy.

He' calls me often especially on his Day Off. Calling is our number 1 means of communication. After a month when i gave birth he ask me the most important question in my life he said if "I can be His Wife?" he said he is willing to be a father to my child"... & i said YES! With a tears of happiness... But we decided that he will file the Fiance(e) Petition after a few months because ge wanted me to take care of my child first...

He filled the Petition March 2013...

My question is how long will I wait to have my Interview?

Problem(s):

I only have 2 snail mails that he send me because we talked a lot on the phone. But we dont have a call history of telephone bills to show because he use call cards. & we a few email to each other because I don't have internet at home & he is not into "using computers" until now told me that he ask his kids to teach him the basic (BTW he is already divorce with his former wife)

Will I have a problem with the CO about the proofs? What should I do? Please help...

Hi there, this is Jen, Ray's fiancee I am also from the Philippines, your story is very inspiring, and I can tell EJ loves you very much. My advise is tell him to start emailing you, chat thru ym and skype also, i know some people doesn't include these means of communication but it would help. Also tell him to keep his plane tickets, flight boarding passes, ferry tickets etc and also hotel receipts under your name together. VJers i know will give a lot of advise to you too. So we are very excited to say the least. I'm preparing our K-1 package now and getting ready to send it off in just about a month. I want to make sure I have everything in order, last minute additions, etc to make sure I'm all set.

We each have our G-325a signed and dated, intent to marry letter signed and dated by both of us, I-129F signed by me (petitioner), a letter from our parents stating our relationship is true and genuine (we're both of age to marry but thought these letters would help), a letter from both of us stating all information was reviewed by both of us (we filled out the paperwork together while she visited), copies of passport stamps from our passports, to and from boarding passes (all that we could gather), itineraries of each trip we made (about 7 trips), 5-10 pictures of us together, including 1 with her and my parents, small portions of skype conversations (no full conversations) since January,and a passport style photo taken at CVS attached to our G-325a.

• Beneficiary G-325A signed with passport photo
• Petitioner divorce decree
• Petitioner intent letter signed/dated
• Beneficiary intent letter signed/dated

• Letter from counselor for pre marital counseling
• Skype conversations

I think that's about all I have in the package (I'm doing this by memory so hopefully I'm not forgetting anything). What do you think about this? Enough information to avoid RFE you think? I wanted to overload them with a lot of information up front.

Hope u did not forget the question 18 in I129f if ur answet really fits in the blank it's good. but if u included another sheet of paper it'll be good to also included it in cover letter ''i129f supplement ........''

thank you for the reply, I checked my status online again today it shows Alien Registration number was changed, so i don't know what's happening with my case. i will wait till i receive a hard copy of NOA1.

Ok here I am again, I just tracked my case status at www.uscis.gov and shows ''initial review'' and show's like this ....

On June 20, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case.

what does that mean? I haven't got anything except the text message the USCIS sent me a week ago saying that they have received my application on June 14th. i haven't even received NOA1 hard copy and Alien registration number yet. Does this mean rfe is coming soon? LOL I dont know I have no idea.

Case number? I got a receipt number. and when i checked online it shows my case status is under initial review. and you're right it says that they have mailed a Notice how they process the application. I will just wait thank you

Many get so excited they never notice there is an A number on the NOA2

Really?..because i noticed others get an Alien Registration Number few days after they received NOA1 hard copy, So i wanted to have it too (excited), and some instances their Alien Registration Number changed.

The A number will be on the NOA2, when approved, it will be in the beneficiary box just above the name.

Yes that will be your NOA1. The clock starts ticking from this point on. The NOA2 for each of us, including yours, varies but your estimate is in the "ball park".

Ok I think It's my turn to post and ask some questions.

On June 18, 2013, I got a text from USCIS saying that my case was received and i got a receipt number WACxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Stated in the text that, Official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) to follow in mail.

I just now tracked my case and it shows ''Initial Review'' on June 14 they received my I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). When i receive an Official Receipt Notice by mail as stated on the text, will that be my NOA1? And then will wait for 8 to 9 months for NOA2? Am i correct? Need help please.

I think you need to have this qualified by USCIS i.e. call & verify that your VA income is acceptable income requirement, & if you need proof indicating annual payments. If so, contact your VA financial department & request these. Always cover your bases...
